This is literally so unlike me to leave a bad review on anything or to leave a review in general, but my experience -multiple experiences actually with Pizza Boli’s has been really bad. There was an instance about a year ago, where I ordered pizza and it literally never came. They told me that I Gave them the wrong address, but the address that I had put in was the same from previous orders that I had already ordered, which had arrived.
Another time more recently about five months ago, I ordered a pizza which never came. They told me the pizza would take 25 minutes to get to me and I didn’t start calling them until after an hour had passed because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had to call the restaurant 30 TIMES no exaggeration because they would not pick up even though I had ordered food and paid for it and it never showed up and it took until the 30th try for them to answer, and when the person picked up the phone, I could tell from the way the conversation went that they hadn’t even started on making my food. Then the food shows up an hour later and it is just the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. no sauce on it, it was stale, the bread, and I literally had to just throw it away because I was more worried about possibly getting sick because I ordered a seafood pizza and judging by the way the quality of everything else was, I assumed that the seafood would probably not be safe to eat. I told myself I won’t risk another bad experience here so I’m never going back

update jist when things could not get worse I received a call from two different ppl The first one called and offered me apology and then offered to give me $50 in online credit, but I had to open up an account online. I refuse because I have no intentions on returning back there then on about April 22 the actual owner of the store reached out to me. He was still unapologetic was not sincere and I quote. He said I’m begging you ma’am can you please remove the post? It’s hurting my business. He was more so worried about his business then the actual event that took place a child could have died been severely injured or an adult. Anyone could’ve been hurt by showing too fast and not paying attention that it was something in their food. Be careful when you go there double check your food for yourself and your child. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal and being sincere. My child was eating pizza and found a piece of wire in her food while chewing. Went back to the store and the cashier had to call the owner the owner was not caring about the situation he offered me a 14.00 gift card my child cloud have choke the wire could have punctured the roof of her mouth I would not be going back and neither should anyone else. This was on her birthday what a way to celebrate. This was 4/1/2025

Ordered fajita pizza, it had burnt onions. The taste was stale. The 2 sauces we ordered were also wrong. The quality of this place has gone down way too much. Also the website no longer mentions the “halal” next to the options which are halal.

Very bad nasty, disturbing and disappointed. I don’t know if it was the owner or the manager. Insulting people even though I was being insulting. I can never imagine how business can operate like that. It is very confusing to explain what happened to that employee or owner. Better order your items online and just go pick it up later on. The store is supposed to be under negative zero. The store is located between 7st close to the memorial hospital in Frederick Maryland.

I’ve been ordering food from Boli’s for the past 3–4 years without any issues. However, tonight (4/9/25), I ordered a tray of 30 buffalo mild wings online around 8:45 PM. To confirm my order was received, I called the store and spoke to someone who told me it would be ready for pickup in 15–20 minutes.
When I arrived at the store around 9:30 PM, I informed the cashier that I was there to pick up the 30-wing tray. For about 10 minutes, they couldn’t locate my order and kept checking back and forth. Eventually, they realized the cook had completely missed preparing my order, which surprised even the staff when the cashier asked about it.
As a result, I had to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for them to prepare it. I’m very disappointed with Boli’s Pizza’s service today. Moving forward, I’ll seriously reconsider placing future orders with them.

Ordered (3) 12″ cheese steaks with everything + jalapeños combo with fires and soda, what i got was embarrassment to cheese steak. People have strong accents and lack of knowledge to take order. What I recieve was only cheese with jalapeños, what the hell… when I called back to inform them of their mistake. I was in for another surprise, utterly nonsense attitude with no remorse and wouldn’t do anything to fix the issue…
I will not recommend anyone to order from this place. Now that I can see all these negative reviews, I can see why this franchise is losing loyal pizza bolis customers and business.

They have more bad reviews than expected because i have not had one bad meal item from here neither has my work associates. I do believe they need to show they are more than just a pizza shop with a lot of possibilities of beating out some of the competition. I just stopped and got the gyro and wings along with a steak and cheese. Well the wings were cooked perfect, the steak and cheese was pretty good less some of the peppers and onions and add a wee bit more cheese to perfection. I tend to eat out a lot because i also travel a lot so glad i tried this buisness and will be a future customer when in town. Keep up the good work.

So I was considering giving pizza bolis another chance until I saw all the incredible negative reviews, including the one where they almost killed a kid by having a wire from a grill scrub brush in the food they delivered, I can’t speak to that because that didn’t happen to me, but here is what happened to me.
I used to order form pizza bolis frequently, but a couple years ago I had an order from them that was so bad, that I stopped ordering. About 2 years ago I ordered a chicken parm sub from the Frederick Pizza bolis, it was THE WORST food I have ever ordered from anywhere, and it isn’t even close. There was no effort put into this food, it was absolutely insulting, you couldn’t do worse even if you tried. What I received was extremely overcooked chicken, to a ridiculous degree, rock hard and dry as the sahara, and stale bread, unreasonably stale, not even passable, it was rock hard bread. There was NO SAUCE, not a little sauce, not under sauced, NO SAUCE, not only that, there was NO PROVOLONE, at all, completely left out. I took it as a personal insult, this wasn’t a bad day, whoever made this sandwich decided I didn’t matter and spit in my face. Do not ever order from Pizza bolis, you are disrespecting yourself if you order from this horrible place. I rarely leave a negative review but this disgusting establishment deserves every negative review they get. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely my favorite pizza joint in town! I’ve tried every pizza around Frederick and I can truly say they have the most unique pizza sauce while still staying true to marinara. Plus, the always put a generous amount of toppings on! Not to mention the price!! You can’t beat a 12.99 large 2 topper when ordered from their website!
