I’ve had a generally good experience at this DD. The staff is typically friendly, and the coffee and food are usually prepared pretty quickly. While some reviews seem mixed, I’ve found it to be a reliable spot. That said, the drive-through line can get extremely long at times especiallyin the morning, so I tend to avoid it during those peak moments. Overall, it’s a nice place to grab a quick coffee or bite when it’s not too busy.

Also when they put three pieces on my avocado toast, unhappy then they took my avocado toast and put the bacon on it, which is illegal in case you didn’t know would like a refund came there around 3:11 fri december 26

UPDATE: The staff at this Dunkin have improved greatly and it moves far smoother than previously. I have been here several times since I left my previous review and have had no incorrect orders, no poor engagements with staff, and not a single overly long drive through time. Updating scores to reflect the changes.
OLD: Miss this place if you value your money and your time. I have consistently had them botch my order after 6 times of going there and even got double charged once after they screwed up my order for a coffee. If this franchise owner has any sense at all, they would fire the manager there and hire someone who actually knows how to run a fast food franchise restaurant. I dont think I will ever go back here after the way their staff has treated me and that is saying something in a small town like this.

Service has gotten really bad. I went in Friday afternoon for a coffee and there was only one person ahead of me. The cashier cashed them out and then walked away and didn’t even acknowledge me so I walked out. One of the managers who is leaving ran after me and offered me a free coffee which was very kind of her. I told her i don’t like feeling ignored like if they are busy say you’ll be right with me or something don’t just ignore someone waiting in line especially when there are only two customers in the store. I barely go here anymore because of bad service and clueless staff. You may not like your job but it still is customer service. Also they do that thing a lot when you order ahead and they put the drink out and somehow forget the donut when it’s printed on a slip. Like WOW… Was better when Gale still was there.

Once the girl heard dozen donuts she literally responded with eh that’s too much! I’m trying to get out of here!
That is an unacceptable response for your customer!

I asked for my bagel to be cut in half with cream cheese on it toasted
I recieved my bagel cut in half like a sandwich not sliced like a bagel.
Last time I ordered it here it wasn’t sliced at all and they gave me no knife I was trying to eat this on the road and it’s not like you can dip it in hard cream cheese
This place has gone down hill big time. I really hope they will get a new manager in here (at the very least tons of training) customers do not deserve to be treated this way
You do not view your customer as an inconvenience you are in costumer service you are there to take their order in a pleasant manner.

I try to avoid this Dunkin on my way to work because I end up waiting in their drive-thru line for 5-10 minutes. I decided to give them a try again today and once again waited in line for 7 minutes. The food is fine but the wait is way too long.
