One of the most racist subway I have ever been too. The employee (Douglas) was never friendly. As a Diné, traveling through the Ute tribe, these white people need to be respectful. As these white family are ordering their food, they were treated nicely and the guy,Douglas, told them to have a nice day loud and clear. When it was my time, it gave me a look like he didn’t want to serve me. He gave me an attitude and said “what do you want?” And they made me upset but I didn’t want to argue, so I just ordered my food. Throughout the entire process, he threw my food in the oven and on the table, it wasn’t right to be treated like this. At the end, he just said “you’re total $$” and then he walked off. But the other guy was very nice and asked if we would like to-go or stay in and he said have a nice day. Very respectful young man. October 14, 2023 ; 2:42 pm.

Tried to order BOGO FL sub online.. online was having technical difficulties, so I went in to order hoping they would honor the Deal being the glitch was on their side.. And the Very Rude lady waiting on me said they can’t and won’t honor it and I would have to pay full price.. It’s not the first time they didn’t have what we asked for that they falsely advertise and this was the same lady each time. Very poor Customer service.

I’ve had this subway twice in three years. The first time, a few years ago, it tasted like a hotdog and turned me off of subway for a long time. I recently said what the heck and got it again, and what happened to the portion size? My foot long looked like a hotdog it was so skinny. I assume the penny-pinching franchise owner is just going along with shrink-flation like everyone else. And this time it also tasted like a hotdog again.
You’re better off just getting a sandwich from within the grocery store. However, the workers are friendly and they’re just trying to earn a living, so no knock on them – this is a knock in the franchise owners and subway as a whole.

They were friendly and the food was good to top it all off the kid that was making our sandwiches (I believe his name is Conner) had all the customers in line laughing and talking with each other you can definitely tell he loves his job and knows how to keep everyone smiling and laughing! A+ for sure! The man deserve a raise to say the least!

Hours say open till 10 but don’t go in past 9 I guess. The employee had the door/gate part way shut already at 9:10 and had almost everything packed up and then got an attitude when I walked in….as if they’re not still open.
