We enjoyed out take-out brisket and gooey butter bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their brisket reheating advice for when we reach our destination. I suspect everyting on their menu is good!

Spent one night in St Louis and wanted to grab some bbq. Found this place by the great reviews. Like many people, was a little surprised by it being in a gas station. Trust the process – do not let that deter you. Really friendly staff and wonderful food! Seasoning on the ribs was amazing. We also had the bbq pork grilled cheese. Oh my I’m going to dream about that sandwich. Highly recommend!

So I came upon this good food while working in the area. And let me start by saying the ribs were delicious I give them 5 stars..and the staff was really nice also..I cant rate the Mac and cheese or the coleslaw because then didn’t give me nothing to eat it with nor did they give me napkins to go. To me thats not 5 star service even though the food looks and smells good im unable to enjoy it because of a failure of a lil spoon. I would have got a slab to take home but I was so pissed about the spoon and napkins..im just gonna keep it moving. I recommend these guys for the ribs but I wont know about the sides until I can stop and get some utensils. Tragic.

At a conference and went here on a whim. At first you question it when you pull up, then you realize how good it’s probably going to be because of that same reason. We all tried different things, and none of us were disappointed. For the price we were ecstatic. Clean plate club for all of us as my mom says. Owner was out interacting with guests and giving some samples of the bakery wares and honestly was icing on the cake or in this case a blueberry something that was straight delicious. Got the Gooey Butter Bar for dessert, simple but delicious. Would recommend and honestly might try to go again before heading back home.

Their pork steak is very tasty. It’s seasoned perfect to where you don’t even need BBQ sauce. Even though the BBQ sauce is fantastic. I forgot to mention till the owners responded. We also got the brownie and it was super good!

It threw me off at first that it was in the three bay garage of a gas station. But my wife convinced me a good idea to go. I’m glad we did. Service was super awesome! The food was killer. It was just a really different atmosphere. They got some hardware to prove They know how to throw down on the smoke. I would come back here again.

Just moved to the area from Vegas…When you pull up and see it’s in the back of a gas station you KNOW it’s going to be good…. And dammit it was! Brisket sandwich was solid and the ribs OMG I wanted to marry the ribs… Mac was good and the baked beans were ridiculous!!! Special shout to Miles and Rick the owner.. Made me feel very welcome tried others in the area and they let me down..this is DEFINITELY my new BBQ home!!
