They are so understaffed and slow. I came to pick up a to go order and they only have one window open with one person working at it. It takes almost half an to even get to the window. The owners need to hire more people and staff appropriately. They have a second window they could have open, but choose to abuse customers by making them wait in an absurd long line!

Friendly staff but strawberries were definitely soured…had a tinge taste , like a tart soured wine type of taste. Couldn’t enjoy the strawberry shortcake I spent $10 plus dollars on…place was not that busy so I’d imagine the circulation of fresh fruit toppings aren’t as fresh due to slow business and was probably served old food. Won’t return. My daughter did however enjoy her Dubai chocolate ice cream cone.

This used to be our staple ice cream shop. Recently service has been rude, unsanitary, and all around bad. Our recent experience was the worst yet. This employee scooped a non-dairy ice cream on top of a dairy product, then after we had asked for the correct flavor, she scooped the non dairy ice cream, that was touching the dairy ice cream, back into the non dairy ice-cream tub, to be used again. After we had already handled the ice cream. This is unacceptable due to dairy allergies. Heads up to all whom this may concern.

I’m definitely a fan of Cold Stone more but this ice cream is decent. Very creamy. If you want to compare prices to portions though you definitely get more for your buck going to Cold Stone. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but I did like it, and even though I don’t have kids they have free cones for children (goes by height).

Bruster’s ice cream is so delicious, so many flavors to choose from. They also offer several vegan ice cream options. Friendly service and they offer a nice area to sit outside. Bruster’s is my family’s preferred ice cream store.

Never door dash an order from them. Everytime I order they never get it right at this location unless I am their holding their hands. Do not recommend delivery. Does not read instructions, I asked for no chocolate and fudge. They are clearly not good at reading directions. Poor service.

This location is a rip off. Ordered a turtle Sunday and I was given this cup. Every single turtle Sunday I’ve ordered has been in a clear plastic container with a lid. If they were out of them, then they should have told me that. This was half the amount of ice cream in a small cup with barely any chocolate, caramel, or nuts!

The reason I can’t give this a five-star is because when we walked up to the window the young lady that was working there was just sitting on top of the countertop in the back on her phone and took her a moment to come to the front. Not very sanitary. The food was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $22 for two single scoops and a strawberry shortcake. Also, it would be nice if the menu was a little more clear outside on the windows. It’s just really jumbled up with almost too many options.

Decent service, extremely overpriced, didnt use gloves while preparing my ice cream, their ice cream had a slight sour aftertaste, enough to alarm me, i couldnt even finish my ice cream and the heath felt kinda stale. Overall I’d prefer twisty treat.
