This is the $15.99 power bowl. No, I’m not kidding!! This is real. Absolutely horrible. Cold, dry hard rice, and some shredded lettuce with cheese. If you want the worst meal of your life, order it.

Bad Atmosphere. Thought it was closed but just empty. The service was terrible. I ordered food and they didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink. I sat there waiting for them to come back but they never did. After 20 min, I asked if my salad would be done soon because I had a flight to catch. The bartender went into the back and was complaining to the cooks that “everyone is impatient today”. The attitude of the staff and overall Atmosphere was terrible.

Im sitting here now at Port Columbus and the service is so bad im writing this as I wait for the bartender. He is not happy to be working and its an airport bar so I get it. But it is HILARIOUS. Disappears for 20 mins at a time. I had to pee! My other stranded travelers are all having a good laugh. In all honestly there is zero reason this gentleman (who’s nice enough) should be a front of the house employee. Its funny cause hes not even trying to pretend to be happy abt being here. Anyway. Safe travels happy Thanksgiving 🙂

Absolutely disgusting filthy dirty restaurant. Begged to get water begged to get silverware begged to get napkins. Ordered one pretzel brought us out four. One of us have raw chicken and was super sick. Do not eat at this place. It’s absolutely disgusting. Whoever runs this restaurant should be terminated immediately.

Perfect for hungry family getting off the plane. Clearly we cleaned out plates. Very friendly staff even though they were clearly working hard to keep up with business. We had to wait a while to order but the food was very fast once we did. And good!

The seating in the back of the restaurant, where the booths are, is apparently saved for airport employees. They even bring other food in and don’t order from the menu. If you noticed from the other reviews…the company doesn’t care and never responds. I should have read the reviews before I spent 30 bucks on lunch. Skip this place head to Burger King down by the terminal entrance.

Wow never have I been treated so coldly. Host seats you no smile whatsoever. Told us to use the QR code to order, so we did. Server showed up with drinks no smile or introductions. Come back half hour after we ordered, claims that burgers only come well done. So ok cancel my order. She comes back 2 other times to tell me the same thing. Tried to pay but the site would let me without a basic 22% tip. So we asked for to go boxes, she actually rolled her eyes at us. She only brings on box out, like seriously. I’m so disappointed, might as well go to Burger King better service. I worked in the restaurant service from kitchen to server never had I seen such horrendous service.

The service was fast. Shamus was our waiter. He was great. He brought what we needed quickly . He was very friendly and efficient. I got the Chicken Cesar salad . We also ordered the pretzel appetizer. They came quickly and were good. The menu wasn’t very long though, could use more food choices.
