First time ordering from here. Got the #7 Spicy Italian. I was directed to pick it up on shelf to the right. My sandwich was refrigerator cold, oily and wet. It had plenty of meat on it though. No apology is needed nor wanted because I will not eat here again. Just do better.

I loved the Picklewich sandwiches. They are a little smaller than a regular size sub, but it substitutes a large pickle for the bread. They have a variety of types. I love them.

I ordered a wrap with extra pickles and got jalapeños, not a pickle in sight. Thats a big thing to mix up, especially if you have no tolerance for spice like myself. Terrible experience.

Overall kinda dirty restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy. There was only one guy working when we went in and he was trying his best to keep up. Food was ok. The veggies were a little soft and they were out of several toppings as well as jimmy mustard and only had regular mustard in the packets.
The sweet tea made me giggle though. There was sweet tea and also “accidentally also sweet” tea.
I am highly disappointed the Pooler location is closed and this is now the closest one to me.

Good sandwich (ultimate Italian). My wife said it had too much meat??? I thought it was perfect. We shared the 16″. It was a lot of sandwich, maybe too much for us.

Honestly, I don’t know what I was expecting, but this was a huge disappointment. The meat was so thin, it practically disappeared — I’ve seen more meat on a DR. OZ patient plate(my 600 pound life) It was scarce to the point where I was wondering if I was eating air. And don’t even get me started on the texture — it was more slimy than my ex-husband after a bad breakup! I’ve had more satisfying sandwiches from a gas station. Never again, Jimmy John’s, never again.”

I thought they were closing up because the young man was cleaning, so I went into the store next door. He came over and informed that they were still open. He washed his hands, put on gloves, and fixed my sandwiches with a smile to complete the order. Wish I remembered his name…. great worker to be recognized.

Great food as always. Friendly employees and staff. Some just walk around doing nothing- a bit distracting. They prioritize To-go orders they made 3 orders togo orders after I had ordered but to be quite frank they still served me in less than 5 minutes. Still freaky fast!
