I placed an online order today to pick up pizza from the location on California and Stockdale. They had an online deal for 1 pepperoni pizza, one side of garlic cheese bread and one two liter of soda for $25. I go to pick up my order, apparently they are under new ownership. I needed to pay for my order and the lady did not want to honor the deal because I requested light sauce on my pizza. The manager came over and she argued with him for about 10 minutes. Then she gave me the discount and told me I cannot place another order unless I change nothing on it (light, easy sauce is apparently too much) finally she let’s me pay, gives me my order and the pizza was cold and seemed like it had been setting out for over an hour. I had only placed the order 20 minutes prior to my arrival. Definitely will not be returning. Such a shame as they have always had such good pizza.

Never again rude employees the lady who is the boss was on her Bluetooth the whole time while taking our order . Telling us they had nothing we wanted to order . Then my daughter places online order and gets the same food we were just told they didnt have. So I asked why u just told us u were out and She goes on to say only available online . Dumb why deny $$$ what a way to get customers . Will never go again rude ppl nasty pizza. Dont waste ur time or money

Ordered a large pepperoni and onion pizza. Went to pick up the pizza and the lady confirmed my order as just a pepperoni pizza. I corrected her and she said to give them a few min and they will get the onion on it. They decided to be lazy and just sprinkled onion on top and called it good. Never seen such incompetent and lazy employees. Never coming here again. And will advise the vast family network in Bakersfield to not come here and have them spread the word as well. Yet they charged me full price

Tried the garlic bread 1/10 wasn’t worth the money. Extra cheese cheese pizza was very very good. Extra cheese pepperoni pizza could’ve done without the extra cheese but good overall. Customer service was amazing as usual.

One of the best pizza shops in town. I order online and it’s always coming out of the oven when I arrive. The pizza is always fresh and loaded with toppings. Tried the mozzarella sticks for the first time today and both the sticks and the wedges were delicious. Employees are fast, friendly, and attentive to their customers. A little pricey but worth it for great food.

Ordered over the phone. I’m a regular so I have rewards. they took my rewards points and when I got there said I placed the order in Mexico(lie) When I showed them it was THEIR NUMBER I called she said oh well and charged me full price even tho my rewards points were taken and said there isn’t anything they can do.

Ordered delivery, they forgot my soda, called back and they needed to verify with the driver that I didn’t receive it. Horrible customer service. Only reason we ordered was to support a fundraiser. Will not be ordering from here again.

Good basic pizza. Good crust slight crunch with no flop. On the heavy side. Little bit of grease but I’ve seen worse. 22$ for a large pepperoni I feel is about 5-6$ to much. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could.

Wings were dry. Pizza was dry and over cooked. My Order was picked up close to closing time so that may have had an impact, although I picked it up right as it came out of the oven.
