Lovely friendly atmosphere and a great place to dine with the family. Welcoming and friendly staff made us feel at ease the hole time.
The food was incredible and the milkshakes were a huge hit with the kids.
Fantastic size portions and even when some of the children didn’t finish their meals, it was boxed up so we could bring it home.
All in all a 5 star experience here today. We look forward to returning.

The service was excellent, very friendly and patient ordering, food was really good. The beef patties tasted like they’d just made them from ground beef. Cooked perfectly, looked amazing and if I lived in Norwich it would definitely get my business on a repeat basis. Highly recommend. A big thumbs up.

Burgers were wonderful.
Loaded fries were good but not great. I think a cheap (sweet) garlic mayonnaise was used on the fries which took away from them. Better mayo here would make a lot of difference.

Burgers are so tasty and juicy. Fries are good, loaded fries are amazing. We also tried the honey bbq strips and they were tasty..
Shakes are absolutely delicious…thick and full of flavour.
Would definitely recommend.

Really good food, served hot. Staff are really friendly, and cleans up really well. She recommended us the good waffle and shake flavours, and advised us on which one not to get. I got the ghost chicken burger and my friend had the blue cheese beef burger. 100% would choose this over five guys or Nando’s due to the price and how much juicier and tastier (and possibly healthier) it is. Also everything on menu is halal for my Muslim friends!

Lovely place! Guy working the shop was really friendly, asked if we were enjoying the food and helped sort things out right away when we had a little hiccup, and I was more than compensated for the little extra time I had to wait. Was surprised to see noone else in here- definitely an underrated little spot! Fantastic value, too! A full meal of burger, fries and drink for under £10 and at such good quality is a real rarity nowadays. Housemate and I walked home singing the praises of both this establishment and the employee we interacted with. Our new go-to burger spot!

Honest review of what I experienced on the day. So I ordered the blue cheese burger and chips meal to eat in the restaurant with a side of wings which I asked to put into a box that I could take with me. I waited for half an hour for food to be ready waiting at a table. When the food came out it was all in a bag so I ended up eating half of it in my car as I was disappointed my request wasn’t fulfilled. As for the food. The burger was very very nice lovely double smashed patty with succulent meat and great flavour. The chips I felt were cooked way before my order was finished and were a little floppy and some were undercooked was expecting fresh crispy fries. The wings I had were the habenero mango now these were fire. The batter was nice and crisp then meat was juicy and the sauce was kicking with great flavour and hit the spot. I’m sure if they just got the wait time the order request and the chips right a great place to come to.

Honestly, these are the best burgers Norfolk, and this is coming from someone who judges burgers harshly as they can sometimes be very disappointing and lacking in flavour/too thick etc. Here you can pick whether you want one or two patties and the meat is really good quality and perfectly seasoned. Our order also came out very quickly, everything was fresh and piping hot. Amazing price point too! We will definitely be back!
