The place was nasty dirty. Especially the floors. They were out of biscuits and the croissants were raw, not toasted or flakey. I asked for no cheese. They marked no cheese on the wrapper, but it had cheese anyway. We wont be back.

We rarely eat out but enjoy a warm whopper WITH cheese from time to time. Ordered to large combos whoppers with cheese and 2 kids meals. Only one came with cheese so I had to find some at home. Asked for a receipt before leaving for this reason and our card has been scammed in the past and they claim the printer is broken. It’s just disappointing for $40 ..

Tonight I had a DoorDash order so I go into Burger King. I tell the older lady which I think is the manager that I have a DoorDash order I tell her the customers name and she says sarcastically can you speak up!? So I politely told her I do not talk loud and I showed her my phone. She giggles and says oh you’re just gonna show me your phone and then the lady that was bagging my order with blonde curly hair she bags it doesn’t make any kind of eye Contact or anything not one word, puts my food on the counter and says there you go very very dryly. I do not agree with that and I think that is bad customer service. I do not have to be the customer to receive good customer service and whoever is in charge of this Burger King. Someone needs to talk to them because that is totally unacceptable. I also will be calling corporate in the morning.
