Restaurant was not very busy at all, most the tables were empty. Still took a long time be seated, took probably 10 minutes to have my drink order taken. The waitress was pleasant and nice. Not the best service but not the worst. Ordered the brisket sandwich. It was terrible. Brisket tasted like roast beef and was soggy, meat had very little flavor. The Mac & cheese, cheese sauce didn’t go with the brisket at all. The fries were pretty good. And the beer was cold. This is a place you eat cause it’s convenient not because it’s good. Would not recommend.

Our server was terrible. She didn’t say but 3 words to us the whole time. It took forever to get a single refill. The kitchen was out of things & we were never told about it so we were missing part of our meals & when we asked her all she said was “we don’t have any.” We would have went somewhere else had we known about it ahead of time. We were still charged the same price too. The food is not worth the price you pay. This is the 3rd time we’ve been since it opened & it’s just been disappointing each time. I don’t recommend.

We had a reservation for 6:30 We ordered a spinach and artichoke dip. The people next to us ordered pickle chips. We got there appetizer. We did not even get our appetizer and got someone else’s meal. Which was actually pretty tasty. I couldn’t tell you what it was. The fries were good. The steak was terrible. Don’t order a loaded baked potato. You’ll just get sour cream. The Fried shrimp was excellent, we actually forgot we ordered it. We got it 20 minutes after we got my husband’s steak which we didn’t get until after we had been here over an hour and a half. So after a two hr experience worst meal of my life.

Unfortunately, I had high hopes and they were not fulfilled. It took our waitress 20 minutes to come take our drink order. We ordered food at the same time. We had plenty of time to look at the menu while we patiently watched others get seated after us indulge in their drinks that they ordered. I figured the chicken sandwich that I ordered would be hot after our waitress came back and asked if I wanted that grilled or crispy. There must have been some miscommunication between server and cook. My chicken sandwich came out “chilled” instead of “grilled”. I figured, whatever, it happens. I’m able to have another beer and wash it down. Again, wrong for me to assume. We didn’t see our server again until she brought the bill over and said “no rush”. Instead of sitting there and enjoying another drink, I kindly paid and then walked right beside the restaurant and grabbed a drink from the bar. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

The “Mac N’ Pig” was fantastic if you like pulled pork and Mac and cheese. I also got the side of Mac and cheese and that was my favourite part about the meal. Overall very pleased by this place, keep it up.

Been here 2+ hrs. Maybe 30 people in here. 4 or 5 wait staff. STILL NO FOOD!! Took 1 hour to get drinks. Mind YOU 30 PEOPLE IN HERE. UPDATE. finally got our food, $35 steak was Black. Ordered medium rare. Steak knife had a hard time cutting it. Other party’s chicken Alfredo was COLD. Arrived at 630, finally got food, except for steak remake, at 845. Waitress grabbed the plates off the tray with her long sleeve shirt being used as a hot pad, her dirty nasty clothes draped ON THE FOOD!!!! Walked out and NUMEROUS other people yelling at 1 of the 5 different managers that I saw. They were FAR from understaffed. Management obviously didn’t have a clue as what to do with all the complaints. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. BETTER SERVICE AT COLUMBUS BURGER KING, and if you are from Columbus, you know just how bad that is.

Terribly over priced. 3$ Iced tea and didn’t even get a refill. 16$ burger with fries, 45min after arriving. Worst dining experience in years! Bad service, will never go back.

There were five of us and only one of us had a decent meal. Food was not good, water even tasted horrible. Service was awful. Couldn’t even get a refill on drinks until we were all finished eating. This place will not last in Columbus unless something major changes!
