we decided to venture to Arby’s today, it has been a while since we have been here. We found the staff was welcoming, very nice, thanked us for our business which you hardly hear anymore and the food was great! We got the arby’s roast beef melt, gyro and fries and cheese sticks. No complaints, restaurant was clean, we went at 3pm so no wait at all. Thanks guys, well done we will be back!

So I went there today i try to go often it seems like the service there has gone bad before today the last two times I went through drive thru both times I was asked for sauces both times I didn’t receive any ok no big deal today I went and I wait at the drive thru for like 8 minutes wasnt told to hold on wasn’t told just a second nothing… so I went inside they had a full staff and to me it seemed like they was having a let’s not care about drive thru day… I get it it’s work so the gentleman took my order then he told me my order was up and he took his time giving me my food because he stopped and held it for a minute to continue his conversation unrelated to work then I asked for sauces as his back was turned he was like I got ya so I get out to my car and there is no napkins this will be my last experience if the employees don’t care then I don’t care to come back.

Food was great. Manager was helpful when I asked to put am ice pack in his freezer during my meal. But the restaurant itself shows signs of being too busy for the quality of staff… I’m not sure how they stay so busy.
There were no small lids for the drink cups. There is only one caffeine free soda option (a sprite-type soda). And there was no ice available in the dining room.
But the food is fabulous, and it kept me out of a burger joint for one meal of my road trip, so I’ll probably be back. 🙂
Also, only one stall in the restroom, but at least it is clean and handicapped-accessible.

The employees were giving everyone in the drive thru attitude. Ordered 6 roast beef sliders and they all were immediately thrown away. There wasn’t a cooked piece of meat in any 6 sandwiches. Worst arbys I’ve ever been to, if you have any other option to go to do it. Don’t go here to eat unless you want to eat red, raw, roast beef.

Order two ham and Swiss on brioche bun along with one classic roast beef. Despite the these special order sticker saying brioche bun no sesame seed. Both ham and swiss came on sesame seed buns. Guess I should have checked before leaving the drive-thru. I assume since I got the stickers right they got the sandwiches right. Guess I was wrong.

Tried the new Turkey gobbler it was nasty the sandwich was cold and the dressing on it was mushy. The store was dirty with food all over the tables and floor.

This evening, I placed my order with the cashier, older lady with glasses. After placing my order, realizing that I might as well make one a meal and even up sized it. She acted like it was such an inconvenience. I asked if we could just cancel the order and start over, bc she seemed like she didn’t know how to take off an item, telling me that no she couldn’t, or if she can help not canceling….whatever that is supposed to mean. Once the order was understood, I saw she still left the med fry which was not wanted since I got the meal, she argued that she didn’t put it, as I showed her on the customer screen. She still insisted that it was not as she turns the pos over to me and says “Here DO YOU want to do it!” I said sure and found item and told her “see right there” and smiled and apologized for it wasn’t trying to be difficult. She grunt “umm hum” and rolled her eyes. At this point the MOD, young brunette girl maybe mid 20s, and the cashier looked at her and shook her head and mouthed a remark and laughed. As my good came up I realized the med fry was still on the tray, and I mentioned that I didn’t need it before I touched the tray. She said “that’s fine just keep it” and mumbled something else as she gave me my change. Then as I was sitting with my daughter and her friend, I noticed said cashier and said MOD standing at the counter looking in our direction. I got up to go ask for more sauce for my sandwich, and the cashier just stood there bantering back with co workers. I said excuse me and waited and then I said it a little more stern this time getting her attention. Her “ummm humms” were very rude and turning the POS to me asking if I wanted to do it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I am a manager at BDubs, and this is boarder line for termination. I don’t wish that for this employee but maybe she don’t belong as ur the person to speak directly to the public. I tried to call the store when I left to get the name of the GM and I’d also like the DM or AM name as well.

Thank you and I hope to see a solution to this issue.

I don’t know if you can see the wilted lettuce in the picture but just not the quality they have been known for. I didn’t realize that they put my salad under all the hot food until I arrived home. Better be on the look out in the future!

Major improvement to service. Today I ordered a #1 double, food was fresh. Buns were soft. Drive through guy with the super deep voice was very polite and pleasant to deal with compared to many other establishments. Will be going back!
