I simply needed to fix a mobile order mistake and was willing to pay the difference. She rang me up for the full amount, meaning she needed to refund my original mobile order. Instead, I was ignored when asking about my refund, and when I paid in cash, she owed me change. I held my hand out expecting basic courtesy and instead of placing the coins in my hand, she threw the change onto the table toward me. I was polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, yet she treated me as if I was an inconvenience.
The manager was close by and could clearly hear everything but chose to turn a blind eye. When I asked for the barista’s name, She refused to give it. When I asked for a manager, she pointed him out instead of calling him over.
The manager eventually remade my drink and refunded me, which I appreciate, but his attitude was also dismissive and there was no apology for what happened.
Given that this same issue was reported months ago and nothing has changed, this location clearly has a serious customer service problem. Hire better people-both baristas and managers.
I’m giving this branch three stars because it was a truly mixed experience, showing promise in one area but failing dramatically in execution and customer service.
The only positive part of my visit was that my order was promptly taken—the service at the counter was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.
I specifically requested my latte to be extra hot, but it was served completely cold. I watched as the barista, clearly juggling multiple tasks for both in-store and drive-through orders, let my finished drink sit untouched behind the counter for several minutes, which explains the temperature issue.
When I politely returned the coffee and asked for it to be remade, the service became very poor. The barista initially tried to resolve the problem by suggesting they just pour out some coffee and add hot milk, which was not acceptable. When I insisted that it needed to be completely remade, they were visibly annoyed and showed clear frustration at having to correct the error.
There is efficiency in their ordering system, but the lack of quality control and the poor attitude when correcting a mistake are reasons why I won’t visit this branch again
