I had the quesadilla birria and it was fantastic. Big enough for two, and stuffed with really tender birria meat and cheese, with a side of delicious broth to dip into. I’ll be dreaming of it until I can make it back for more. The spicy bean dip was also delicious, a creamy, not too spicy dip with chopped chilies, whole beans and maybe crema? Served with warm homemade tortilla chips. Would eat again 100%.

Excellent birria quesadilla. Very well prepared beef and plenty of it but put together in a great ratio of cheese, tortilla, onion and cilantro. Outstanding consomme. Everything perfect. Their dining room is small, spotless, and a little bare but they just opened and will surely get around to prettying it up.
