Great spot. The food is the great chicken sandwiches that we love. The atmosphere and people truly are one of a kind. You will not find service like this anywhere else. Even sit down restaurants do not treat you this good. Two different people came by after our food was delivered to see if we needed anything else that they could get for us. The mascot came by and was interacting with everyone. Just well done. Other businesses should take note of how they do it.

This place is always great- customer service is always satisfactory. The staff is always friendly and polite, enjoyable to be around.
The food never disappoints, I always enjoy it. If something is wrong (rarely is), the order gets fixed quickly by the staff. Just one instance where I waited 14 mins for a coffee at the drive-thru, but there was only 2 employees working and it did get a bit busy. Overall, always love coming to this location!

Chick-fil-A restaurants are generally well run. This location is no different. 4.5 out of 5 stars.
The guy who took my order was pleasant, professional, and accurate. He asked thoughtful questions such as the quantity of sauces I needed for my nuggets. It’s so wasteful and unhelpful when they give you 5 sauces for an 8-count of nuggets.
I dined in today. The restaurant was pretty clean. It’s cold outside, and the heat needed to be a little higher, but I know that’s different for each person and has to be set to an average acceptable temperature.
My food was correct when it was delivered to the table. I went up to ask for more saltines (to go with my soup) at one point, and the girl gave me two packs. Why so stingy?
For anyone wondering, this location in Crown Point, Indiana:
-Is open 6:30am-10pm, Monday through Saturday
-Sells cobb salads
-Has a dedicated children’s play area
-Has outdoor seating for dining
-Has a two lane drive-thru
-Has a publicly available bathroom

Listen, chick-fil-a is great, the service is amazing and the food is top notch, especially at this location, but seeing that the workers are outside has brought me here to write this review. There should be some sort of consideration especially with how cold it is. I wanted to bring attention to this, because it makes me pretty sad seeing that we are in freezing temperatures and some of these kids and teens are outside. Praying that this reaches the hearts it needs to to take some consideration for the health and care of these employees to where at this location always seem to exceed in service and kindness every time I have been here.

I went through the drive-thru and a medium fry from my order was missing, which I caught before leaving the parking lot. When I arrived at the window, the employees were being weird, while tightly holding on to a bag, and was acting as if they didn’t want to give me my fries. Once I arrived home and took the food out of the bag I became instantly upset (picture included). Why would anyone think this was okay to serve to someone!

On 11-28-2025 at 8:30PM me and my family were here to get something to eat. They made My Son sandwich wrong and I brought it to their attention so The Manager offered to make it fresh which was great,, so I noticed they were going to throw the sandwiches away. I informed the Manager there is a lady out there, asking for money for food so instead of throwing the sandwiches away why not just give it to her, he flat out said no.

I came in for lunch and dined in. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always — Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The service was outstanding; the staff was kind, attentive, and efficient. I also appreciated how clean and pleasant the atmosphere was, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommended!
