You have to physically call in and tell them to make your pizza extra well done because their ovens are clearly not set right and they don’t have employees that care enough to put a pizza back in the oven if it comes out underdone. I ordered the new pan pizza and they had the nerve to take it out the pan, see that it was a floppy mess and only 50% cooked on top and bottom and still send it out, I called and asked for a new York style in replacement cause I could tell they were too incompetent to make a good pan pizza and they proceeded to send out a pepperoni when I asked for a cheese AND IT WAS STILL UNDERCOOKED. It’s hilarious tbme how incompetent these guys are.

The garlic stuffed crust pizza was so moist the slices were falling apart as we tried eating them. It was essentially a soup pizza. It was so gross. And the “Brooklyn” style pizza had a weird taste to it. We ended it just throwing it all away last night. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because I was hoping it was maybe just an off night, but I got a nasty note from the Raccoons living in my trash this morning asking me to do better. So here it is: this is not good pizza. They don’t know how to cook it.

We had a tech error and the price was higher than expected. We went in and just explained so we could find out why and the manager there took care of us right away and was above and beyond at customer service with us!!! Hands down our favorite poppa job s location.!

Wouldn’t let me give feedback through the website or through the app. Dry and burnt wings. Cold and blan pizza. This location has been going downhill. Hope this review helps someone avoid disappointment.

They got order wrong and had to redo it. Other than that, it was delicious. Check their carry out menu specials which makes it worth buying over other pizza vendors.

I went to review this place and saw that 3 years ago I gave the same one star review. I ordered a medium pizza and 8 wings for $35. Pretty over priced for the terrible quality we received. A pizza with Philly steak, green peppers and mushrooms. It was cold and cut so dumb like…y’all. It was disgusting. Literally had five little pieces of meat on it. It was chewy. We couldn’t even eat it and it tasted weird. Did you make this pizza five days ago?
