Have gone in 3 times since moving over this way 2 years ago. Everytime the staff has been rude and service was slow. It’s amazing how many people are working at any given time and they still take 10 or 15 min to get an order filled.
I never liked dunkin and this location has sealed the deal for me. Will drive to Henrietta to get Starbucks – they care and staff like their jobs.

The worst experience ever girl at the drive literally yelled at us because they didnt have items in stock and we didnt know we first asked “ can we have the strawberry lemonade “ then she said we dont have that instock so then my husband said “ can we have the blush spritz “ thats when she literally yelled “ THAT ALSO HAS THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE “ as if we worked there and were supposed to know was super rude when she handed us our stuff. As customers it is not out fault the store doesnt have items in stock and how are we supposed to know thats the case

I rarely write Google reviews, but I am beyond frustrated with our local DD. There have been multiple times that they are out of items, understaffed, etc. We almost always go to another location just to avoid the possibility this will happen.
My son asked me to get him a drink and some croissants after school in the afternoon. I decided to go inside. There were only two people working. Ahead of me was a group or family- they were ordering a lot while their 3 children ran around the dining room in circles (not DD’s fault of course).
I patiently waited for 20 minutes to just order a Refresher and 3 croissants. When it was my turn to order, the person told me they were unable to accept credit cards- cash only. She said the card reader was down and said “but just pay cash!” I did tell her that it’s uncommon for people to carry cash anymore (and I didn’t have any on me)—she just stared at me and said I could get in my car, drive around through the drive thru to place and get my order, because THAT card reader was working.
I just said “OK” and walked out. I most definitely didn’t go to the drive-thru to order. I don’t understand why she couldn’t take my order and/or use the drive thru register (she said the card reader worked there). It wouldn’t have taken much effort to do this: by now there was no one inside the store and no one in the drive thru.
I didn’t appreciate the wait, the inconvenience and the poor customer service: plus I came home without anything for my son. Oh, well! A good reminder for us to not go to this location again.

This D&D location is very convenient to get off 259 and back onto to it. The parking lot was very clean and the building was nice looking.
When I entered the building it had a nice feel to it.
The interior space was clean and organized
The employees were at the counter ready to take my order.
The service was fast.
I took our order to go and enjoy it in our car.
The dounts were fresh and delicous. We order iced coffee drinks, and they hit the spot. I’m still drinking my hot coffee and enjoying it as I write this 4 hours later.
Thanks to all the employees who serve me and my family and the bakers who baked my dounts.

I feel like every time we go to a Dunkin, this location or anywhere else, they don’t know what they’re doing, have horrible attitudes regardless of how patient we are, are always messing up our orders or are out of stock of items AFTER we have paid for them… idk why I even both going to any Dunkin anymore.

Yesterday I had done a mobile order and ordered it around 6:35 in the morning. I showed up at 6:50 and nothing was made. I gave it 10 more minutes and nothing once again. It was 3 drinks.They only focused on the drive through and even people who came in without ordering ahead got their food/drinks. I understand that it is busy in the mornings especially on a Friday but this was the worst experience I’ve had from this place. Of course I was not able to get the drink and now i am having a hard time getting a refund. This continues to happen almost every single time and it’s starting to get very annoying.

There is a woman who is extremely rude. Me and my coworkers come here every week and have had a bad experience every time. She got my order wrong ,and when i proceeded to ask for her to simply add cream she rolled her eyes and when she handed it back she practically threw it at me.

I don’t know what they have going on in there but I paid extra to have cream cheese on two bagels and both of them came with barely any cream cheese. Plus the drinks were extremely watered down and had no ice in them, they tasted like water. $15 dollars for disgusting food and terrible drinks. They need to get it together in there, it’s horrible.

The worst drinks ever. They make it so watered down, and it has a soapy aftertaste. I think they’re trying to poison me, after i’ve had many people try it and say it tastes off. Not only this, it’s a repeated offense, and takes forever.
