Great experience at Lotte. The food was excellent across the board. The tuna crudo was fresh and well balanced, the braised short rib was rich and comforting, and the pan-seared market fish was cooked perfectly with a lot of depth. Dessert was a highlight — the sweet potato tres leches was unique and really good, and the chocolate chip cookies absolutely lived up to the hype. Cocktails were solid and the overall vibe made it a great night. We’ll be back.

Lotte is an absolute gem! The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and every dish we tried was outstanding. Our group of six enjoyed dinner and drinks with zero complaints — just happy plates all around.
The vibe is modern, energetic, and so much fun, and getting to watch the chefs in action is truly a treat. The dishes pictured are the braised short ribs, the tuna crudo, and the chicken — all phenomenal. And don’t sleep on their Old Fashioneds… they’re perfection.

Our City is beyond lucky to have the level of Chef’s that choose to stay here and open businesses and Chef Rathbun is in my top 3 of all time and Lotte is a must try (and try again since there are seasonal menus). The food is unique and fantastic, there are local wares, but when it matters they bring in ingredients we don’t see often in Kansas. The environment is beautiful and service is impeccable. It’s hard not to order drinks because they are beautiful, so we overdid it, but surprisingly our favorite was the dessert orange/espresso drink. Watching the kitchen work and communicate was better than any show at home and they have fans for life. If you are looking to show people visiting what Wichita brings, or looking for a fun date night, or just for apps (how are those olives THAT GOOD?) and drinks during happy hour – look no further (but make a reservation!).

We’re from out of town and were excited to try this spot. We had 7:45 reservations, but were not seated til after 8:00. We were seated at a small table against the windows on a cold night and felt in the way with the table next to us seated around the same time at a bigger table for the two of them.
The best dish was the feta dip from the snacks menu. With a small, mainly locally sourced menu, nothing was really speaking to me. We were happy with all our food, but I don’t think I’d pay $29 for a small vegetarian pasta dish again.
Our server, Jenn, was very helpful and took good care of us.
I recommended this spot to some friends to try for happy hour – $9 drinks and half priced snacks before 6:00 would be a good deal. I’d try Lottē again when the next menu comes around.

The charcuterie plate was unexpected but in a good way since I didn’t expect non-typical cheeses and meats like brie cheese. This restaurant elevates dishes to a whole new level since it has the level of culinary expertise that is usually only seen in bigger cities like Chicago or even KC, and it uses local Kansas ingredients which is a standout. The restaurant is also nicely decorated in the inside and in some spots I can actually watch the chefs cook food which was pretty neat. The campo lindo smoked chicken was pretty good. Unlike most restaurants, they actually make desserts in-house, so i ended up getting the carrot cake which was an elevate take on the usual carrot cake with sorbet and a different shape. Overall, I might come back for special occasions despite the steep price point.

The waiters are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything on the menu. All of the dishes are made from scratch with ingredients that are true to source.
Its a real fine dining kitchen with kitchen staff responding to culinary queues and service that is a massive step above the rest.

Amazing experience! We were in wichita for just one night and ate our dinner at Lotte. Everything was so delicious, we were full but wished we could eat more! Our waitress was very kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very comfortable. We had the best experience and would love to eat here again.

Thai Suckling Pig and Lamb Orecchiette were absolutely delicious.
We also enjoyed the drinks and couldn’t help but smile at their clever names. “Matcha Mama” and “Orange Ya Glad Said Espresso.”
Only wished we weren’t just passing through so we could come back for another exquisite meal.

Very nice to find such a well put together menu, flavor combinations were outstanding, and when they say “best cookie ever”, it might actually be just that… Service was well rounded with great attention to details and very mindful of food allergies.
