They charge a seven dollar fee for delivery because they don’t deliver themselves. They use DoorDash.
I literally paid almost $40 for (one)medium 2 item pizza and a 20oz Pepsi.
Pizza came warm like it was sitting for a while and burnt. I’m not happy about it. As if, the cook didn’t notice the pizza was black when he took it out of the oven yet he still put it in the box and sent it out.
Spoke to manager they ended up resending the order it arrived and none of the items that I ordered were right .wrong pizza and soda size .
Manager was helpful and professional though .everyone else need to do better.
I placed a pan pizza order one day when it was chock-full of grease. It permeated through the cardboard like a wet soaked sock while glistening on the pizza itself. I had one bite and couldn’t finish the rest. I was unwell for the rest of the day. I responded to the feedback request from the email stating that I was dissatisfied and would like to be contacted. I didn’t get a response so a follow up email asked me if anyone responded to me. I replied no. I finally received an email from the store manager who probably wrote for PR image that he is sorry that the pizza contained too much grease and offered a $20 credit to try the hand-tossed pizza. I replied to the email how I am able to redeem it but he did not reply. This was a sign that he probably did this to appease upper corporate/management.
Last week, I called and was able to easily redeem my $12.99 of my credit before asking them if I have to spend it all at once. Two employees (of which 1, is the shift supervisor who my phone call was transferred to) stated that they will notate it on my account and that I don’t have to spend all the credit at once.
Fast foward to today, July 19, 2025 at 12:07pm PST, I tried placing an order for pasta, willing to pay the difference of what is left over from my credit. The employee at the front did not tell me how much I have left and for me to go and settle the difference when I pick up the pizza. I was not convinced because last week, they found the credit so easily, I was transferred to a shift supervisor who then transferred me to Salvador, the man himself.
Let me tell you the story of Salvador Vega, the man behind it all. He answered the phone stating that he does not offer any promotional credit recently to anyone. He does not find it on the phone number of my account. I pulled up his email and read it word for word. Verbatim, if you will. He still denied it and after stating that I was able to redeem it easily last week, he conveniently “found” my account stating that I did use the credit last week. I thought you said you couldn’t find any records of giving it out? Then he told me, unfortunately, it was a one time deal and I cannot redeem what’s left over. I said you didn’t say that on the email, and that your employees stated that I can. He said the employees really don’t know much. I told him well is there anything you can do since I placed an order already? He was vehemently un-moving and said there’s nothing he can do. I never met a supervisor who went back on his words and didn’t offer a one time credit for the customer. I was willing to pay the difference of what’s left over. He should have stated clearly in the email. The fact that he didn’t reply for clarity, acted as if his email didn’t exist, and was not very good on the phone at customer service — I am frustrated.
I have rarely given a 1 star in reviews (almost 2 years) but unfortunately, this establishment somehow did the impossible and receives one of my lowest reviews.
