I never leave reviews but I am really hoping management will read this. First no dark meat chicken and no biscuits were available. We asked for forks and the ones given were short plastic kiddie forks that fit on your finger. The staff had zero idea about how to treat customers, especially the one at the register. Just shouted huh, whenever a question was asked. Absolutely could care less about service. I chose what I thought was Pepsi according to the label but it was some mixture of drinks, definitely not Pepsi. I can’t imagine this place will stay open long. Pretty sure the only thing keeping them open is the fact they are one of only about 4 fast food places in the area. Women’s restroom was also out of order. I could say more but I doubt it would do any good.

I left a review 4 nights a go , the manager gave me a call the next day . She asked me what kind of experience I had that day and I told her. She said we are sorry that happened and to come back and they would take care of the problem. I was well satisfied of KFC and the manager. I will give them 5 stars for the food and service. Especially the manager.

We stopped going months ago due to poor mgmt and sub-par food quality. However, they seem to have turned it around. KFC quality, great tasting chicken. Short staffed but a great young lady at the counter. Clean but could use a little sprucing up.

If there was a way to screw up a food line, then this was the perfect example! A simple order that was asked from me 3 different times, and was still screwed up on service. Not only did I not get the side dish I paid extra for, but the chicken tasted like it was made the night before, and I had gone for the lunch time. The restaurant seating was border line disgusting, as the tables were dirty and the trash cans were full. One of the restrooms was out of service, and people were washing their hands at the soda fountain. There are a multitude of other fast food restaurants in this area. Eat here at your own risk. The only positive comment I can give is I did receive the correct change. In this case, KFC did NOT “do chicken right”

I was craving a chicken pot pie so I stopped in a grabbed one. Disappointing. It was so dry and looked like it had been cooked VERY early in the day.
The staff was very friendly so I will likely give them another chance at some point.

This was the worst food and service. I got hot wings that were black and so hard that they were inedible. No utensils, condiments, and straws were given. The mashed potatoes appeared to have been sitting all day. I will never stop here again. The cashier was unfriendly. She didnt even give us a receipt and just shut the drive through window in our face. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Oh my this place needs a major renovation and new employees. Everything was nasty. There was a large trash container half full of water with trash floating in it next to the front door. Trash swept into a pile in the floor and a broom laid over the floor to keep people from walking in it. The employees were yelling and screaming at each other. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The original chicken was burnt. I could go on. Please shut this store down and regroup.

Nice friendly staff admitted to forgetting they forgot they told me to wait in parking lot. After going drive-thru for a pot pie & water. I had to wait on my pot pie 10 or 15 mins. I was rewarded a free leg piece chicken & cookie. Their food is excellent & prepared well. I don’t understand why fast food isn’t lived up to in Winona.

The chicken tenders are really hard to much coating on them they also should change the mashed potatoes to a better brand that taste like real mashed potatoes and the gravy too. Everyone that eat them want a better tasting more like real potatoes and not baby mashed potatoes cause that’s what they taste like. I’m in my 50’s and they haven’t changed at all come on it’s 2023 not 1950.

This KFC gives KFC a bad name. They will actually try to sale you burnt dried up chicken if you don’t look at it before you leave. They have lost the Special Recipe they are ruining KFC name I am So So unhappy with the chicken they sold me. Will Someone please get them on the right track.
