Regarding Order Number: R5115 , waited almost 2 hours for the driver to arrive, and when the food finally came, everything was completely cold — it was impossible to eat. I asked for a refund, but they refused to return my money. The price was ridiculous: $41 for one medium pineapple pizza and a Pepsi. When I called to request my money back, they were rude and unprofessional. The whole experience was terrible long wait time, awful service, and even the driver was asking for tips. I will never order from this place again.

*** Edited 7/04/23… Just uploaded a new picture of current take out order. Again, not surprised, this location is so mediocre. The CLARK location is so much better. This staff is sub-par. Very disappointing. I even took one star off food rating.

This location started out very good. I’m not sure what’s happened the last year or so but quality has dropped. Pizzas have been sloppy and subpar. I actually really enjoy and always have a great experience at the Clark location. I recently ordered from the North location (McPherson) and was reminded why I don’t shop at this location. Pizza was sloppy and almost burnt the top.
The location on Clark does very well and you can tell they make the pizza with love.

In town for another business trip and stopped by to pick up some food. Nice find in the Laredo area with some of the best cheesebread around. The calzones are a nice size for the price, and while the wings could have used a bit more seasoning, overall, well worth the stop.

I paid almost $25 for a burned calzone not tasty at all only reason I even ate the first half was because I was really hungry I don’t recommend this place no flavor barely any cheese sauce was disgusting waste of money

The pizza was done in good time. The Uber eats driver had another order he delivered first so we got our pizza 30 minutes after leaving the store. The thin crust pizza should have had extra sauce but did not and the extra cheese that we paid for was not extra by our standards. The wings get an 8 out of 10 says the hubby bc the wings themselves had very little flavor. The bbq sauce was ok. We forked out $52. For a rather dry/cracker type pizza which I had 2 and a half slices of and 8 wings. Wasn’t worth it this time. If we could have driven there ourselves and picked it up while still hot, and not forked over extra $ for delivery maybe this pizza wouldn’t have seemed so unworthy. So keep that in mind when reading this review

I just ordered a Fancy Meat stuffed crust w banana peppers and chipotle bbq wings; and it is so good! Way better than any chain restaurant. The crust is full of cheese, the wings fall apart, and the peppers are cooked perfectly! 11/10
