Walk up window only. Free parking. All i wanted was oysters. They were good until i got to the last one, it was tough. Fries were warm even when i tried one after pulling off. Because i now eat less, i like my food piping hot. Didnt have time to ask for fresher ones but ill be back and this time, i want fresh. And yeah i didnt tip. I tip second go round when i put in for fresh hot french fries and get them. Do better with the banana pudding custard.

I’ve passed by this spot many times and decided to try it when I had a craving for some ‘you buy, we fry’ spots I used to hit up in LA. Both the fish and chicken were nicely seasoned and fried up right. The fries were a bit salty but I’ll try some of the other sides next time. Can’t eat fried foods often but I definitely will be back for more.

I have been coming here for several years when I lived in Modesto. I stopped there yesterday and was very disappointed. I had the shrimp and chicken basket it looked like they used old greasy or the temp was too high, the shrimp were overcooked. Needless to say a waste of money.

NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOOD FOR $30, I CANNOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE. THEY CUT THE WHOLE CATFISH IN SMALL PIECES, WHEN I PICKED UP THE BAG, THE BAG FELT SO LIGHT, ALMOST EMPTY. LOOK AT THE PICTURE. ITS NOT EVEN FULL, YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE PLATE THEY PUT THE FOOD ON

I got the 6pcs Fish Combo, wouldn’t pay $9 for this again. The potato salad came in a 4oz container(1/2 cup), and it wasnt even good. The fish was ok but I would have enjoyed it if I a bigger slice of lemon. No good drink selection either. They only had two obscure flavors of Shasta, at least have Shasta Cola and Shasta Twist.

I ordered the 12-piece catfish—really solid. Got fries and macaroni salad on the side. The mac salad was a bit bland, but everything was fresh, hot, well-seasoned, and a good value overall. Just a heads-up: there’s a $2 fee for using cards, and it’s not clearly posted. Staff was super friendly and professional.
