This is my favorite place to sneak a sweet treat and not just sourdoughs! The BEST chocolate chip cookies in town. If I’m getting a chocolate chip cookie- this the place. In fact, all the offerings are insanely delicious. There is onnnneeee thing I miss though that I’m hoping to see again someday- white chocolate raspberry sourdough loaves. But maybe I’m just too late when I get there. 😉 Super nice owners and great staff.

This place is such a hidden gem. As someone familiar with baking, the level of baking here is top notch. Their breads are fantastic, cookies are perfect, and their cruffins are amazing. We love coming to the farmer’s market just for their stuff. We can’t wait for their pizza place to open! The bee sting is our favorite to grab at the farmer’s market.

Best bread store (real bakery) in Nebraska! No wimpy bread! Could live on the baguettes. And naturally leavened sour dough anything. And if you haven’t tried the morning buns? The ones that make you think you’re in France? Don’t. I don’t want them to run short! Just the best – we drive 30 minutes to get the best and freeze a few things. Seriously? Gotta try North Fork Bread Co. on Saturdays!
