I’m a regular customer who comes in early mornings and usually orders the same items. Over the past month, my order has been incorrect more often than not—missing drinks or items, which I’ve generally let go because mistakes happen.
Today was the breaking point. I ordered a large latte and was given a large black coffee with foam. I’ve ordered this before and know what it should look and taste like, and this wasn’t it.
Being prompted to tip before receiving service makes consistency especially important. When the order is frequently wrong, it undermines that experience and the trust that comes with being a repeat customer.
At this point, I’ll be going to another location.

espresso was so burnt it stained me and my friends tongue (we got it iced) we literally threw it out and got coffee at a different shop. my ultimate bacon jam breakfast sandwich came on untoasted bread instead of a croissant and had no bacon jam?? the whole reason i went was for bacon jam. if i was a witch id curse this joint.

Just left from there ordered a large iced coffee. it was missing almost 3inches of coffee, so I politely asked if they can fill it to top. they took it and put ice in it and gave it back. the donut was clearly old and hard not the first time I been here but definitely the first with such a horrible experience.
