We’ve been long time customers and today the service was so poor. We had to go to the counter for every drink. The staff didn’t give us menus and we had to ask to have our food order taken. We played pull tabs as always and had to get staffs attention to play. Staff didn’t check in with us except when they went by and saw playbacks. Our bills were wrong more than once and at the end the bills were tossted loudly on our table. We’ll go to a different bar next time. What a shame we’ve always liked your place. My friend we were having breakfast with said it was insulting.

If you haven’t been to Jamestown recently to try some of the food since the kitchen has been placed under new management then I highly recommend you do so! With a fully reinvented menu and a whole new kitchen staff it’s a glorious transformation you don’t want to miss!! Not to mention celebrity appearances from your favorite Goodwin burger joint crew Dave, Zach and Vienna who have partnered up with James to provide all the favorites you’ve been missing since CB closed it’s doors last April!! Sorry no shakes guys but still serving all your favorites including the beast, Vienna’s patty melt, garlic fries, hot mess turkey sandwich, pepper jack jalapeno burger, potato skin waffle fries, breakfast and more!!

I ordered the build a burger. The mushroom and Swiss had good flavor and was juicy. The fries were average but good. It was billed a sports bar on some review I read to me it would seem that I needed to be. I am a couple more TVs easier to be seen. The staff was marvelous, friendly and timely. I would definitely return.

Appropriate for a ‘roadhouse’, the Poker Room is in back, the saloon is up front. Food better than expected, service slower (but very friendly), probably because it was Poker Night. Not sure how often Poker Night occurs, but I agree with my girlfriend, “I’d come back.”

Great fun, food, and drinks! Burgers are the perfect amount of messy, fries are great, and bartenders know you by name and say hey with a smile!

A nice little poker room for people living in the north end of Seattle to play tournaments. There are not many options to play poker tournaments nowadays. They have 5 tables. They use 4 tables for the Sunday morning tournament. The air conditioning can be improved as it was pretty warm in the poker room with 40+ people. The outside temperature was 95+ this morning. It was a bounty tournament using a sheriff’s badge for the bounty, nice touch. There is a restaurant next to the poker room if you want to order hot food while playing. Overall a well run tournament, will definitely come back to play again.

Went for lunch….good thing I didn’t need to be somewhere this afternoon, 40 minutes to get our lunch served! They were not busy all! There were only 2 others in the bar/restaurant area and they were ordering drinks only.
Once we received our lunch, it was nothing impressive. I expected more from all the great reviews I read. Crispy chicken sandwich had little to no flavor and my lunch date had the smallest Philly sandwich I’ve ever seen for $17.99. Not to mention the extreemly overly salted fries. We did mention the fries to the server and she was kind enough to bring is a basket of fresh unsalted fries! Thank you for that!
Been there twice but unfortunately won’t be going back. There are better places in town for lunch.
