I ordered rice and bean burritos and there was no rice… I also asked for lite nacho cheese sauce and paid for extra jalapeño and there was more nacho cheese sauce. I normally don’t care but forgetting one of two ingredients in one of the simplest menu items is silly

This Taco Bell was the best we’ve ever had. We went on Wednesday night, before Thanksgiving and not only was the drive thru moving very fast, when we got to the window I couldn’t even put my straw in my drink before the very nice lady handed us our food. We pulled out, took our first bite and it was piping hot! Best Taco Bell ever! Amazing! Love you Chelsea Taco Bell!

Dine-in was closed at noon with no sign on the door. Drive through took over 15 minutes. Location appeared understaffed. Ordered a chips & cheese, but got no cheese and only had 6 chips in the bag. This was a first in 30 years patronizing Taco Bell. Taco meat was not drained, and tacos were very greasy and sloppy. One taco has no lettuce. Worst Taco Bell experience in many years.

Shoutout to David from the drive-thru window. This guy understands customer service and made the experience so much better. The turnaround from one year ago is super awesome. The food tasted good, it was appetizing to the eye and the speed is finally where it should be. Great job to the management

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes or so. Employees just stared at me and said nothing. I turned around to walk out and seen you have to place your order yourself on a screen. So I ordered and waited for it. Food came out, wasn’t great. It wasn’t busy but yet my food was cold. I just don’t understand why people here need to make $15 an hour to barely do a job and serve people cold food. Last time I will come to this location

Hate ordering here, they AWLAYS mess up my order, it never fails. After today I’m officially done going to Taco Bell period. Your better off going across the street to McDonald’s, at least the food is hot, fresh, and fast.

The store is consistently understaffed, and it appears many employees are still in training. Even simple orders take a long time to prepare, leading to lengthy waits. Waited over fifteen minutes today! The staff seem overworked and stressed, which comes across in some customer interactions.

Worst taco bell ever. Ordered through the app in advance. Got there and was told to park and wait. Meanwhile 10-15 cars come and go through the drive through. Cancel the app order and go straight to the drive through where I get a large soda that’s 90% ice, no sauce, no napkins, no fork. It’s bad.

I don’t eat here, regardless what location but this particular location is horrible. I do door dash and both times I was sent to this location the food was made 30 minutes before pick up time, first time the food was cold, bag was not sealed, had to ask for the drink and the bottom of the bag was soggy, second time going here bag was sealed surprisingly but made 39 minutes before pickup time and was cold and bottom of bag soggy. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
