I love the food, and the restaurant has a great eye for décor.
Unfortunately, the service really hurts the experience, honestly, even some fast food restaurants have better service skills. Aside from the food runner, who had an amazing attitude, I was truly disappointed.
Our server with a hat would run by without even stopping to ask if everything was okay. Aside from taking our initial order, he only came back once to bring my wife’s drink. When our appetizers arrived, the food runner didn’t have the chimichurri, so I asked him for it. He said he would check with someone, but five minutes later I still hadn’t received it, so I had to ask another waiter for both the bread and chimichurri. I don’t know if the chimichurri is supposed to come with the empanadas, but it sure as hell was never brought. By the time the bread and chimichurri finally arrived, my wife was done with her empanadas. Later, when the runner brought our main meal, he finally asked if we had received the chimichurri.
When it came time to pay, I couldn’t even wave the server down. He never smiled or thanked us.

I used to go to their Pasadena location but this location is much more convenient with plenty of free self parking.

El restaurante esta muy bien, su comida esta muy buena, pero lamentablemente el mesero llamado Alan el nos atendió mal a pasar que le dijimos que era la primera vez que visitabamos el lugar no conociamos los platos y le preguntamos que nos explicara los tipos de carnes que contenia el platillo llamado meat parrillada y de muy mal manera nos dijo carne, obviamente carne pero nos hizo pasar como que si no sabíamos que era carne incluso le preguntamos sobre unas entrañas y mollejas que eran si de res, cerdo o pollo ya que mi familia y yo somos de otro país y no llamamos de igual forma a las cosas aunque sean las mismos obviamente cada cultura y cada país llama de diferente manera las cosas y el joven Alan muy mal nos respondió pues mollejas y entrañas, yo le dije q le estaba preguntando primero porque era primera vez que visitabamos el lugar, no era forma de contestar así y luego nos hizo esperar 1 hora con la comida, no se acerco a nosotros después de eso hasta que le preguntamos a otro mesero que muy amablemente nos averiguio cuanto tiempo faltaba por la comida y la persona que nos entrego la comida nos dijo que por lo general ese plato se tarda 20 minutos pero que recientemente les había entregado la orden, yo creo que el mesero Alan lo hizo a proposito por lo que yo le dije pero se supone que el personal de cada lugar es la imagen de la Empresa, restaurant, tienda o lo que sea y si uno como cliente se lleva esa mala imagen del lugar ya no le interesa regresar, y por cierto no fue poquito lo que pagamos fueron aproximadamente 250 dollares por 3 personas y 2 horas y media de espera en total y a nuestra llegada el restaurante estaba vacio
