This pizza was mostly topping when I ordered the crust the stuffed crust pizza.The garlic knots I was supposed to have spicy dipping sauce but instead I’ve got some mystery cup. It’s not worth the 40 bucks I just spent. I could have gotten better value at Little Caesars than this shit.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The store manager he is rude. The photo of the girl attached was making pizza dough with her hands while handling cash at the register, touching the credit card machine and had the pizza dough up against her clothes never washed her hands, sanitized them or nothing. This same girl stated she was the store manager when I asked for a manager to express my concerns. Then a few minutes later, in walked some guy with no teeth and an attitude and said he was the manager. When concerns was expressed to him about her handling the food products he said we sanitize the register every day so technically it is clean. She was rubbing her face, fixing her hat and her hair. she’s really nasty. She’s rude and doesn’t even know about the products that she’s selling or the pricing, nothing. I would never ever spend another dollar in this place. Corporate needs to look into this store. Not to mention, she overcharged me, and when I tried to show her on the receipt that she did, she caught an attitude and tried to kick me out the store. Then once she actually looked, she realized that she did overcharge me and tried to apologize.

Great pizza! We had gotten the XL NY style pizza and it honestly tasted like just like a regular pizza only thinner. Also as you can see it didn’t cover the crust like it was advertised. It was still pretty good, as were the cheese sticks and dessert! Ordering online is always a breeze and it’s here in a fairly decent amount of time, which is refreshing given how horrible one of these orders/deliveries can go. Will be ordering from here again!

So my night started with having a free Large 2 item pizza from Papa Johns pizza. I figured the restaurant was a football field away and pizza sounded good. I had to order the pizza online which I did- 1 large pepperoni, sausage,
Black olive and mushroom pizza with crispy thin crust. Door dash would be delivering the pizza – I started to watch the tracking of the pizza. I saw that the delivery driver was at the store and that it wouldn’t be long now, but something was a miss – the pizza was going in a completely wrong direction…. 20- 25 minutes later a customer service representative from DoorDash called to tell me that the driver couldn’t find my apartment building – I can see the store from my apartment building. Door dash told me that the delivery driver was at National Jewish hospital looking for me…? I am not at that location. I look at the tracking of pizza and it tells me that the driver canceled the order….
He canceled the order…. I won’t bring the name of the driver into this, but I could have.
I called the store where the pizza was made and explained to Darius who is the GM of the Papa Johns store, he was very nice and told me he would remake the pizza and deliver it to me within a half hour. Darius went out of his way to take care of this issue. Greg was the delivery driver for Papa Johns and was the one who was hurrying up the stairs to get it to us. I want to thank Darius and Greg for going above and beyond.

Oh, so many details. App offered me FREE delivery over 35.00, order was 35.45 before tax and fees. The app still didn’t give me free delivery. Called manager, Laura I think, said she would take care of and the rudely rushed me off the phone. Then my order goes in and I get notified that door dash will be delivering. I called her back they had no drivers so they use door dash. Wow. Ok. Driver doesn’t speak English, no surprise there and I left a tip ahead of service. He let’s the bag drop to reach in and grab the pizza, Ffs all the toppings slid to one side of the pizza. ♀️smdh.
Then mngr calls to apologize she can’t get me free delivery after order goes to door dash. So she offers next pizza and delivery free. I have yet to see the email for that. Plus I didn’t realize that philli cheese steak had a thick layer of ranch dressing . Soo, pizza sucked, service sucked and I will NEVER tip before service is rendered again. Cash when you show up if service was good. No wonder this place has suck bad reviews. Never again. Especially this location.

I ordered my pizza online and arrived within my arrival time but my food wasn’t ready. However, that’s not my issue while o was waiting for my food I observed ALL the employees handling food with their bare hands not washing them after handling cash, wiping their hands on their clothes then going back to prepare food.etc. No hair nets and 3 of the employees had long loose flowing hair. Not sure who owns this establishment but food handling safe practices need to be enforced before someone gets sick! Needless to say I did not keep my order.

Poorly run organization, they barely pay their drivers so they don’t have any, they use DoorDash to deliver pizza which nobody wants at all, my order was canceled because no one would bring it to me, if Papa John’s wasn’t worried about shareholder value and actually focused on delivering quality service and decent working standards the company wouldn’t be in the dumper.

Ordered delivery. Door dash picked it up, I unfortunately do not speak Spanish, so it took us a minute to coordinate getting me to my food. When I met him he pulled it out vertical and I thought that’s not going to turn out good. Sure enough this is what my pizza looked like. The cheese bread sticks were very tough but I have hope for the wings after all you can’t mess up fried chicken, right.

Honestly, super disappointing experience. It’s supposed to be very difficult, but they managed to mess up pizza. I ordered online delivery, cash, pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and received literal cardboard. Not to mention it took 2 hours to be given our cardboard. I called and understood there was only one delivery guy for the night but seriously? 2 hours for cardboard pizza? My husband insisted on eating it cuz he paid for it but Papa John’s might as well have deficated on my birthday cake and given me a slice. Paid 36 dollars to cook myself dinner, thanks Papa John’s.
