They also have a hot sauce bar. I like the bread here and they have three different sizes to choose from. I think it’s pricey because we paid $33 for three medium sandwiches (no drinks, no sides) but I guess that’s comparable for most sandwich places nowadays.

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but one downfall is that on Veterans Day orders are limited to avoid running out of food. While that’s understandable, I do feel veterans should have priority since the day is meant to honor them. Overall, great subs, especially the Italian, which is my favorite.

The subs are consistently made fresh to order, delicious. As for the Coca Cola Freestyle soda machine, you do “loose” the original flavors or even pick up every other flavor that are sharing the same dispenser, this is not so good.

Ordered a Large Hook and Ladder. I’m the one that got the hook, as this is without a doubt the worst sub for the money I have had in at least 10 years! It was mainly bread with very little meat. The ham was too sweet and the single slice of Turkey was so thin it was translucent, with only a shred of lettuce and a couple of onions–nothing else. I asked for light Vinegar and Oil, which was missing. The cost with tax was over $15.00 for a sandwich that must have cost them about $3.00. To put things in perspective, a similar sub at Subway, at which I occasional eat, costs less and has 5-6 times more veggies, as well as more meat. Though I got it to go I did leave a small tip, yet they acted insulted. No wonder they had only one other customer while I was there–never again!!

Was told they don’t have a small drink option. Was given a small (22oz cup) and charged for medium. Reported the issue online once I realized. 15 days later, management here has made no intention of reaching out or correcting the issue.

Food was alright. But service needs big help. SLOW!!! There was 4 employees. One was making sandwiches, one was ringing people up and the other 2 were, well not doing much. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your in a hurry. Plus the drink station was a bit messy and the was a sandwich toaster just placed there. ♂️ I won’t be back.
