This spot is a true treasure—intimate, welcoming vibe that feels like a cozy little escape in downtown Melbourne. The sushi and dishes are made-to-order (all-you-can-eat style), so everything arrives super fresh and beautifully presented. I focused mostly on sashimi, and every piece was pristine, melt-in-your-mouth fresh—top-notch quality!
The rolls are rolled by authentic Japanese chefs behind the bar (always a great sign—gives me chills in the best way, no random non-related cultures rolling the sushi here). Presentation is stunning, with vibrant colors and thoughtful plating.
Bonus: If you’re in the mood for a tattoo afterward, the neighbor next door is a fantastic spot—great timing for a post-dinner adventure!
Highly recommend this place—worth every bite. Will be back soon!

We’ve been coming here for almost two years, about once every couple of months, and we always choose Osuki. The food is always fresh, delicious, and high quality — we’ve never gotten sick, which really speaks to how carefully everything is prepared.
They offer both à la carte and all-you-can-eat options, and every time we bring friends — even friends visiting from other countries — they are always amazed by the quality of the food.
The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They know us, remember what we like, and always greet us with a smile. When I first became a mom — and even now that my little one is 2 — one of the staff members has even offered to hold my baby so I could eat comfortably. That level of care is truly special.
Fast service, amazing food, wonderful people.
Plus, seniors (65+) get a 10% discount, and some Thursdays there’s 10% off for everyone.

For the price this AYCE Sushi can’t be beat! Servers were all very attentive and kind. We ate until we were stuffed! We had more food than in the pictures but we scarfed it down too fast- it was delicious!
We did the AYCE for lunch at 12:30 on a Friday for 6 people. There was no wait and the food came out pretty quick!

Amazing service. Delicious sushis! We did All you can eat and they served professionally. Those guys are very friendly and kind to each customer. They did not charge extra fees! Everything was absolute beast! The best sushi in the town that I tasted! Big hats off to Chef!

Always prompt service, all you can eat is great. You can take home leftovers for a reasonable price. All of the dishes tasted fresh. There is seating outside of the restaurant in the alleyway for if you want to bring pets too.

When you think of all you can eat you think of a buffet. But this is not a buffet experience at all.
When you first walk in to the building where the restaurant is located, they have the cutest decorations outside the entrance. Their “outdoor” seating is still inside under air conditioning which is nice.
You are handed a double sided menu that has a sushi side and a kitchen side which are included on the all you can eat. It varies from sashimi, sushi rolls, hot items like lo mein, soup, gyozas, and much more other items.
You are given 2 papers with a pen where you check off what you want and hand it back to the waiter. They then start bringing you out the food you ordered. When you’re about done with what you ordered, they’ll bring you more order papers so you can continue to get as much good as you want.
Everything I ate was delicious. The sushi was very fresh. The salmon sashimi was very flavorful. The most unique thing I ate was the “dinosaur egg” which is half spicy tuna, half avocado in tempura batter and deep fried. Really good.
The staff was on point checking up on us and always took our order papers promptly. We left stuffed and very pleased!

Great place to sit with a group and enjoy some sushi. Service is fantastic. The all you can eat sushi is quality, not your general all you can eat buffet type stuff. The restaurant has a cool vibe and the staff is fantastic. The butterfly role is outstanding.

We have been coming to Osuki since they opened. It’s safe to say we make it a point to come here at least once or twice a month. The staff is extremely friendly and they remember our faces every time, greet us with a smile and a warm hello. The food is constantly on point and this is easily the best sushi restaurant we’ve experienced in Florida. If you haven’t tried Osuki, you’re missing out on a hidden gem.

I love this place so much. I have been going for years. I have seen some say the quality isn’t the best and I HIGHLY disagree. It is way better than just going to a buffet and for sure better than sushi factory. The food temperature is always perfect , the wait time is minimal from when you give them your new card and they start bringing food out and the sushi is to die for. I always find myself ordering to much but just make it through. I will continue going here though love it !
