Literally just was ignored while the lady working served every other customer but me and even had a conversation with the last one after his order til I had to leave to make my delivery. If you’re not the same skin tone, don’t expect service or even acknowledgement from her.

We showed up just past 10pm on our way through town with a car full of kids, not knowing they were closed. The lady kindly scooped us some ice cream anyway. They have a few dairy free, plant based options, including a mint chocolate. Great ice cream, great service!

Love going to the York B&R. This time, they were out of my usual, and I am really OCD about it. The lady asked me what combo I normally get, and she said, “I want you to trust me and try this.” For some reason, I was willing to trust her. Loved her choice! I got a chocolate mousse and chips ice cream and mixed that with vanilla for a shake, and it was phenomenal!!!! Based on that, I just felt like she knows her stuff with ice cream and knows how to help customers. PLUS we were there with a big group, and the employees took it in stride and with fun even though we were throwing all kinds of different tasks at them, mostly shakes, and those aren’t easy. Very organized about dealing with keeping track and payments, too.

Rudest workers ever! Even the manager Angie was inconvenienced to make a shake and couldn’t even say thank you after paying. Just about walked out after ordering as it was clear they didn’t want to be there. The people behind us ended up walking out. The shake tasted like milk it was so runny and then they were out of ice cream. Will never return or recommend the York Baskin Robins. We will drive to Lincoln or Grand Island.

How crazy you go to a Baskin Robbins to get an age old classic banana split….something that you can normally find at a Baskin Robbins however this place (even thought the website says they have them) doesn’t carry anything but ice cream cones. So if you want anything more then an ice cream cone head to diary queen! They are what we were told a Baskin Robbins express. However that is not how they advertise so headquarters might want to fix how they present this location so that you actually know what your getting!

Where i live there isn’t a baskin robins, so I stop where I can when traveling. They didn’t have the one I wanted out, it was in the freezer in back, and wouldn’t get it, then they don’t hand pack quarts or pints, so I couldn’t get anything….
