Visited on 1/10/26 around 7 PM — and it wasn’t even busy.
I usually enjoy this chain and stop by every so often, but the service at this location was incredibly disappointing. The staff member who assisted us (slim figure, red hair, nose pierced) was rude and seemed irritated from the start.
When she asked if we were ready to order, I said we needed a couple more minutes. She gave me a look of disbelief, gave a quick nod, and walked away without saying a word. Awkward, but I let it go — until things got worse.
At the toppings station, she asked what I wanted while still putting on food gloves. I gave my first topping choice and politely paused until she was ready. Once ready, she looked up with attitude and asked, “Is that it?” I told her I was just waiting for her – she seemed annoyed. Throughout the rest of the order, her glares and body language made it clear she was bothered by the amount of toppings I requested. I felt judged and unwelcome, and there was noticeable tension even as we paid.
This staff member needs to be reevaluated — a positive attitude would go a long way. I’ll be going to the Radio Drive location from now on, where the staff is more helpful and professional.

The carmalized onions are a lie. Idk if this is normal, if it is the company is just lying about it’s products, or if it’s unique to this location.
The “carmalized onions” had just a hint of brown. They were too tough and stringy to bite through and they were entire half onion long pieces making a horrible eating experience untill I just picked them all out. What’s worse is some pieces seemed to be onion husk.
Otherwise my sando was fine.

It was just me and the employees for a late lunch/early dinner before a HS sporting event. Not only was my sandwich amazing (BLTA), I was gifted some good conversation with staff before heading out. Go here, please. I can’t think of one time ive been disappointed at this location.

Although the M & C and salad were good, my Avo Turkey sandwich had 1 crumbled slice of thin turkey & was pretty much all bread. The BLTA had 2 strips of bacon but also looked thrown together & was mostly shredded lettuce. They both were a big disappointment. Don’t think I’ll waste my money here again.

We ordered to go and found issues with our order after getting home to eat. We ordered a large mac & cheese–it was only half full. We ordered big turkey club but got a grilled chicken sandwich. Person @ toppings station asked if we ordered a grilled chicken–we said no, we ordered a turkey club–he paused then continued as if it were a turkey club sandwich. We paid for extra avocado–sandwich only had a very small slice of avocado. Checking the receipt when we got home, it was listed as a BG Grilled Chicken instead of the turkey club we ordered–and confirmed with the 2nd person, who was at the toppings station.
We are very disappointed with this experience and will not visit this location again.

I will never understand how a salad can be $11, I ordered the farmhouse salad as you can see it’s missing ingredients and the ingredients are already light… sigh to add all the lettuce I received on my salad is browning and going bad ♀️
