I had heard about this place online and saw it was to far away from me and I was not disappointed one bit. This place is so incredibly cute and the atmosphere was so freaking amazing being able to sit down and drink my coffee in the sun was just amazing and just everything about the vibe of where they are located to the really awesome layout they have I have nothing bad to say, baristas were extremely nice and everyone was incredible there!
Highly recommended 10/10

Been a regular for well over a year now – the drinks and food are excellent, but it’s the people and sense of community that will always keep me coming back. Crackskulls is my favorite place in Newmarket where I get to be surrounded by my favorite people in town. Every barista is phenomenal, and they all make the best drinks and conversation.
I will love you forever crack <3

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for somewhere I didn’t purchase anything but this is different. Friday I was working next door and cut a pretty sizable chuck of my thumb off with a saw and I didn’t know what to do so I ran into the coffee shop and 2 very nice staff members gave me a bunch of napkins, paper towels and bandages. Was bleeding wayyy to much for bandages but I was able to wrap it up with paper towels and electrical tape til I could get to hospital and get stitches. Shout out to the staff for taking care of me, MUCH appreciated.

Decent spot to grab caffeine and choose from a selection of bagels and baked goods. The books really don’t seem to be the focus here; the layout is a bit cramped and it’s hard to navigate around the shelves. Seems to be a hangout spot for the local/college crowd.

Long live Crackskull’s, a Newmarket staple. I do wish they were open slightly earlier but we can’t all be morning bros. They do poetry readings, have dope art, sell local shit & has the dopest chillest vibe around. 10/10 would drink my coffee here.

Amazing atmosphere, great local art, and the coffee and food is top notch. Super welcoming staff, and generally amazing place to grab a quick coffee or sit down and take your time.

Crackskulls is my ABSOLUTE new favorite go-to place to do work, talk to kind people, read a book, or for a good matcha latte. They make their own syrups and the matcha is unsweetened – which is perfect for someone like me who has a hard time finding places that don’t use lots of sugar (like Dunkin). You can make your drink however you want it! The staff are incredibly friendly and are so sweet. (:
Their selection of books combined with the soft lighting and comfortable seating makes for a perfect day trip to hangout and talk with friends. You can give them your gently used books and they will pay you for them! $0.50 for softcover and $1 for a hardcover. My personal favorite spot is the far left where there is a nice wooden table and a (very comfy) couch. There is also plenty of outdoor seating!
Their food is also DELICIOUS and you can tell they make everything with lots of love. The apple cinnamon bread and the blueberry poundcake are soooo good!! Have not tried their coffee, but I am sure it is the best around this area.
Also, only a 10 minute drive from Durham if you’re a college student at UNH! Wifi is provided to you as long as you are a paying customer. Speaking of paying, the prices are UNBEATABLE for the quality of this place – $9 for a large matcha latte, a homebaked goodie, and a new regular customer.

Efficient, delicious, and comforting. I’ve been a long time lover, but I felt extra impressed by recent values expressed. All in all, I love this place

I have been coming to crackskulls for 15 years. The coffee is good, the bagels and muffins are phenomenal, but the atmosphere is the best part. It brings together a community. It is always pleasant to go to my favorite place.
