Apparently reading isn’t a required skill for employment here, they messed up not one but 2 of our orders tonight, the first a ham and pineapple pizza and received a cheese pizza. The second, a philly steak and onion pizza recieved an onion pizza with one piece of steak on it. Had to drive 30 minutes back to the store to return incorrect pizzas

The second order they refused to refund for the single pizza because it was part of a larger order I would have had to bring the entire order back reverse charges for the whole order and pay for it again. They should have communicated that when I called before returning to the store even then the rest of the order would have gotten cold. Umm no thanks…

Customer service terrible, manager terrible, we asked for a refund they said they would give but didn’t because we didn’t bring the “complete order” we only brought the pizza that they messed up on. It’s completely ridiculous that we ordered a steak and onion pizza and all the give is a Onion pizza with one piece of steak and then the give us a cheese pizza instead of a pineapple like we ordered it seems these people don’t know how to read and maybe it leads back to the manager who refused to refund us for an order HE messed up and judging by the reviews off here dominos needs to be shut down or the manager and employees should be fired and replaced with people who know how to get a order right, refund when and if they mess up, and have a better attitude towards customers. Store says it closes at 1am, tried ordering a pizza at 11:30pm for delivery, app says “No longer excepting orders online until the following day.” Tried calling to order and the automated system just repeats, “sorry, our store is closed.” Drove to the store to see if I could just order in person, doors locked with 2 employees just staring at me from the counter. If you’re going to advertise that you’re open until 1am, maybe not shut down an hour early and just glare at people outside

I order takeout here often, using the Domino’s app. Food is consistent and properly cooked. Counter people are usually polite and always seem to be busy with orders. I’ve yet to have any issues with my orders.

I don’t know what’s going on at this place. I only go there because it’s the only dominos in this area I arrive yesterday and I’m standing behind the guy and we’re just waiting for a good 10 mins just looking at two people working. Then one of the employees finally acknowledges us and said “are yall picking up?” Like no we just like staring at you. The main problem of it all is that I paid $25 for a pizza only to find out that the crust was super soggy and let me tell yall…there was NO SAUCE on this pizza. Just bread, cheese, and the toppings that I ordered. I was very upset.
