Frequently get pizza here. It’s close, usually easy to order on-line, hot pizza. I typically tip a small amount ( in line with “service” received..case in point, I place the order, pay on line, pick it up). Tonight the “options” for tipping were 25%, 20%, or custom. I chose custom as again, “service” was minimal. Changed the tip to $2.00. However; after I paid on line…my receipt showed $6.06 tip???? For the privilege of ordering, paying, and picking up??? Never again

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for the first time from this location. We were told 45 minutes, at 50 minutes I called and was told the driver was on the way and “they have no way of tracking the drivers.” 10 more minutes went by and called again, told the same thing, basically a blow off. The delivery person finally arrived explaining she went to the wrong address-could not read one of the numbers on the receipt. I am guessing our phone number was on the receipt? The pizza was warm and soggy. I did speak to a manager who said if we call in the future we can have a re-order for free and I do believe the manager did not know what was happening until I called. My thought is if a customer calls twice saying the order has not arrived (despite being told on two occasions that it was on the way), shouldn’t someone at Jets call the driver to see what is happening instead of just blowing the customer off. We ended up throwing it all away and are making something at home instead. We did not want to try a reorder and wait another hour for dinner.

You cannot go in and eat here. It’s for ordering for pick up or delivery only. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and I love that you can swing by and buy just a slice. The pizza is sooo good, but can be greasy. The have the best ranch compared to most other places.

Ordered on text was a mistake. It got it wrong pizza and breadsticks were lukewarm when I picked them up so by the time I got home, they were cold.
I asked for extra cheese and extra mayo on my BLT pizza and there was barely any mayo on it. I had to add my own once I got home. I feel like it was a waste of time and money going here. Jets have been disappointing the last couple months.

Incredibly Gas Pizza at incredibly affordable prices.
Needed a Sunday night pick me up after a long weekend and was happy when I pulled up my maps to see Jets just 5 minutes away.
I went for two slices of the deep dish pepperoni, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Melty, piping hot cheese drizzled off the crispy yet fluffy crust. Top it off with a bit of ranch and that is an elite bite of food.

I can’t say much about the atmosphere of this Jet’s location, as I ordered take-out.
Now the pizza itself…I’ve never had a Jet’s, but I’ve been told by a handful of individuals that it is good pizza. I would rate it as decent pizza. It’s not worth the price, in my opinion.
I ordered their 8 corner pizza. It’s very similar to Little Caesars deep dish. But at twice the price.
The pizza is more dough than anything else. And I even ordered extra cheese.
All in all, there is better quality pizza out there for the price one pays for Jet’s.

I ordered chicken bone in wings with mild sauce. Normally this is my go to order for when in a hurry. Service was good. I called ahead it was prepared in about 12-15min. And was available on my given estimate of time. Unfortunately my wings tasted overdone and were not easy whatsoever. I’ve literally never had a problem with my my same order at other locations. So hence my poor rating. I live 15 minutes from Haslett. So I was disappointed when I got home to eat the wings.

Plus, one of the dudes called my hair cool, and made this old man geel super happy and seen.

Not going back to Jets, got a medium salad and a medium hand tossed pie. Asked to pick it up at 5:00 (yes, I know it’s Super Bowl, but) I was told they couldn’t set a pick up time, why? Too busy? I picked up my pizza 25 minutes after I placed order. No customer in parking lot, or in store for pick up. When i carried box or to car, i knew i!!! COLD. Crust was awful, very hard. I think a frozen pizza would have been a better choice!! When home, 10 minutes away, we tried microwaving our slices–tasteless and dry. How is a pizza dry? Shouldn’t it ooze with sauce and cheese? I’m so sick of my $$ going in the garbage. Goodbye Jets, DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

First time at this location, I called my order in … When I got there I drove by the side of the place and was immediately sickened. The doors were covered from ground to roof in splatter and filth, trash everywhere. The front door was even scarier. The place is absolutely disgusting and the only reason I went in and paid was to be honorable for already ordering. Had I of seen this place prior I never would have even stopped. The pizza was below average for jets and I couldn’t get through it knowing how dirty everything there is. Total waste. Whoever runs this place needs serious help. Your store is a scary disgusting excuse for a business.
