Their customer service is impeccable. The woman who takes orders is very kind as was the delivery man.
As for the food, the egg drop soup had so much corn starch in it, the texture was almost like jello. The Singapore noodle had absolutely no spice (although I asked for extra spicy) and was quite dry. Their sushi is decent! I appreciate that they have gluten free soy sauce.

It has been a challenge to find consistently good Chinese Takeout in Herndon. I’m not saying GREAT- Good is just fine Enid I can get it every time. This place may be it. But I need a few more visits. But unlike other local places- it’s not below good.

Ordered two dinner meals for take out. Once I got home I found only two soy sauce packets, two duck sauce packets, and one hot mustard packet. The fried rice consisted of soy sauce and zero fried egg even though I paid the up charge for fried rice. Ordered two spring rolls but didn’t receive any additional sauce. For paying $38 I’m disappointed and won’t be eating here again.

I’m Chinese American, and we’ve been going there for over 10 years. They are my go-to for To-go Chinese, Thai, and Japanese dishes. We have food delivered 1-2 times a month and when we have visitors from out of town. Chopsticks is reliable, and their food is consistently tasty, and their meat portions aren’t skimpy. Our favorites are Thai Basil Beef, Udon noodles combo, Eggplant in Garlic sauce, sashimi appetizer, Alaskan maki rolls, and shrimp tempura sushi rolls.
