Order was completely incorrect. Called to try and fix the issue and could not reach an actual worker or manager. Filed the problem on their website and did not have an option to request a refund for my pizza. The pizza that was delivered was all meet when I only requested pineapple mushroom and black olives. Do not waste your money here especially if you have food restrictions. You will not be getting it back

Ordered on line spent almost $70.00, received our order a half hour later than what we were told. Opened the box of wings for them to be white and very minimal sauce. I then called the manager to inform them of how dissatisfied we were for the manager, Ty to hang up on me twice and basically tell me that that’s my problem. The wings weren’t cooked to my satisfaction and that she was not going to continue to go back-and-forth with me, I then spoke to her supervisor, which acted more on her manager side then the customer. As a manager and a supervisor to be treated the way that I was as a paying customer and that type of money spent at that store is not acceptable. This matter will be dealt with accordingly with the owner after reaching out to corporate. I am a regular customer who spends at least $60-$70 there a week or biweekly for our family fun night which now they have lost me as a customer. If you’re Going to order go to Camden with manager Paula, she is awesome.

Avoid this location like the plague. I hope the Camden location is better than this. I ordered my pizza’s to pick up and the app said I just had to type in the word HERE and put my flashers on to let them know I was outside. A delivery man came out and told me that I had to push some other button like when you are waiting to get in to see the doctor. That never came up with my order. I waited and they didn’t come out so I went inside to get the pizza. The man inside was rude and almost didn’t give me my pizza’s because of this additional thing I was supposed to press that didn’t come up with the link they send you on your messenger. Between the halfway house crowd outside and the rudeness I will not be back to this place. If Camden isn’t any better I’m done with Domino’s. This is why these restaurants are closing all over the country. It’s not the customers. It’s the employees.

Understaffed 24/7 at the expense of the customer, when you order delivery your food will sit for atleast an hour before they even try to deliver it because they refuse to hire more delivery drivers or turn off deliveries for a night.
If you bother to call and complain they’ll lie and say they will remake your food another day then when you try and redeem it they’ll refuse you service.
This has happened twice now, I wish I could order from any other Dominoes because they truly dont care about the food or the customers here.
I feel bad for Oladipo who is the only person ever delivering for them.

If the instructions are for you to leave it at the door, whatever happens after that is not your responsibility. There are cameras all through the building, including one 2 ft in front of my door. Just do what I asked. Don’t take the pizza back. And when I call to ask about it don’t give me attitude and then hang up all mad with an old phone slam. And don’t mark it as delivered. You’re not getting paid for not doing your job.

Wow ! I ordered delivery from this location. Later after placing my order I hear the knock on my door! I knew it was the driver from watching the Dominos tracker! I opened the door as the driver handed me my order and my jaws dropped!!!!! She made a funny comment about the locks on my door, handed me my order and quickly walked away! I stood there amazed how beautiful she was! Thank you Dominos for sending the most beautiful woman in the world!!!!

absolutely terrible. took an hour and some change for my food to be delivered when i’m only like 6 minutes away. food came COLD! the pizza did not look like it had been cooked enough or not enough cheese added you tell me. after reading multiple reviews of the same things i’ve experienced this place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! i called 6 times to ask a member about my order NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANSWERED! absolutely terrible!
