This use to be the best store . Hot , fresh , fast , and always correct… the last 4 orders are always wrong , sometimes cold because the driver takes multiple orders , goes past my house to the further away delivery and then finally to mine . Tonight I ordered a chicken/bacon/buffalo, it arrived no buffalo sauce on it . The second pizza was also messed up, ordered an extravaganza and removed a few toppings from one side . I dont even know what they did to this one because they picked and choose what to add and mixed up the two sides . And if that wasn’t enough, everytime for the last three orders the pizza isn’t cut right . You have to go back and cut all of them and there are 2 slices that are huge and 2 that are so tinny they dont even make a slice . Sad to say this will be the last time I will be ordering because it is now a consistent issue . And it $60 to make my what was supposed to be easy night , stressful…. I now have to feed 2 kids because half the pizza was useless!

I ordered a pizza and garlic bites. Food was delivered within 30 minutes. Pizza was burnt, cold and had little to no sauce on it tried to use the app to dispute per policy but did not work. Called the store and spoke to a so called manager who accused me of lying and was beyond rude. Only my second time ordering from Domino’s and will definitely be the last. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. Got news for ya so called manager who accused a pizza with zero sauce on it will get cold within a matter of minutes as there is not sauce to keep it warm. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service.

I have to say I’ve been SUPER impressed with a certain employee who NEVER disappoints but I don’t know his name!!! I have a note in my delivery instructions to write a joke on the box. This employee goes above and beyond making sure our order is done to PERFECTION every single time AND takes a moment out of their busy time to write a little cute joke on our pizza box. It honestly makes my whole month! And I even saw him face to face and he said he enjoys doing it. It means more than you’ll ever know! My girls absolutely LOVE Domino’s Pizza night because of this man. When there’s a joke on the box we know everything is made perfectly. When there isn’t there usually is some type of problem with our order. Whether it be the pie not cut right? Or topping missing or something like that. But when there’s a joke, we always know that this man makes sure everything is perfect, including the jokes! As long as this man keeps working for you guys, we will always be a loyal customer. Not just for the comic relief but for the accuracy. And the timely manner the order reaches us. You need to promote this man and give him a raise! I don’t know him personally. I’m not someone who usually gives props to just random people. If this were simply about jokes, I wouldn’t suggest a raise or promotion. It’s every single time without fail. When we get this joke. Everything about our order is perfection . Y’all need to give me his name so I can thank him personally. And if he’s going to deliver the pizza himself, I will give him an extra tip on top of what he’s already getting when I tip through the app. When I tip through the app. You better do everything you can as a company to support this man and make sure that he stays where he’s at because you need a thousand more workers like this! Kind, considerate, accurate, diligent and pays extreme attention to detail. I could use a little more spinach on my chicken, bacon, spinach pizza (joking but secretly not joking).

I get Domino’s frequently because of how quick and convenient it is to get pizza. I get the Pacific Veggie Pizza often and this location knocks it out of the park. The pizza always tastes fresh and is always hot when picked up. Even on busy nights, my order is usually done by the time I visit the store (10 mins or less).

We normally order from this location but today we got the pan pizza and it was doughy and wet from inside the dough. It was raw and could easily get sick. We called to talk to a manager and I was telling him what was going on and he said “it’s okay the dough is supposed to be chewy.” Yeah it’s supposed to be chewy but not having the dough spread and be gooey. The manager sounded like he was too high to give a damn. Go somewhere else.

The 5 star still stands true to this day. orders are delivered quickly with a 99% accuracy rate and that 1% they corrected immediately, applied a future credit and recovered it for the next order (even though I’d long forgotten it was there, integrity is a big one on my list and as far as franchise pizza joints go, THIS Dominos will always be my preferred) it almost wasn’t worth mentioning the 1 time error but it was a good point as to why they get to keep their 5 star review. Thanks y’all 6925 can’t say anything about the atmosphere, I’ve only ever done delivery with this location
