Really delicious, generous portion, prawns were big and fresh tasting.
Mother in law had recently had dental surgery and was unable to eat solid foods but wanted to go out, our waitress was so kind and accommodating. She brought out a piece of tofu so she could see if it was soft enough! MIL had Tom Ka without any solids and it was so so delicious – will definitely order this when we next come (with all the usual fixings)
Thank you so much for such a lovely dinner !
Decided to have a Xmas eve Thai. I often buy from here. Family sat round to eat satay which I bought 3 lots and piled on plate. First satay I bit into was raw. Instantly shouted at family to stop eating and found many of them were raw.
So lucky I stopped my kids eating this.
Rung them and they tried to only refund me for one of the satay. Explained that all 3 are raw the said they would refund and when I said about the lack of overall apology they said they had already apologised and out the phone down on me. Never again. Food safety is my No1 concern with children. I’ll never buy from here again.
My advice is stay well away.
The other week we ate in your restaurant. It took an hour (!!!) to get out food – with several tables who came after us getting theirs before us. We were only a table of 3, no big order. No apology, just blank looks.
So another week we ordered pick up take away which we often do (we have a pint opposite, order and pop over when the ap says it’s ready to take home). We were told it was ready on the ap so went over. It wasn’t. We had to wait 20 mins for our food – we could see they were totally prioritising delivery orders above ours (which must have been what happened when we ate-in the previous time).
So we tried delivery! Last night. Disaster. Ap said it would be 45 mins. After an hour we tried to call. Kept going to VM. The app then said it was out for delivery (for 20 mins – we live 5 mins away). Eventually I got through on the phone. She said it wasn’t out for delivery but was awaiting driver (this was their delivery not Deliveroo). So I said I’d come and pick it up. I get there – it’s not even prepared! I had to wait 15 mins whilst they prepared our order. Got it home…IT WASNT OUR ORDER! Then another 15 mins and we get a delivery at the door – also not quite our order but closer than the last one.
Unbelievable.
Please sort yourselves out. You used to have such great and reliable service. You have changed something and it’s now diabolical. The food remains fantastic but we cant face ordering or eating in with you again as its such a dreadful experience and there are so many others locally who do it really well.
If you want to just focus non Deliveroo I suggest you get a dark kitchen somewhere and at least do that well.At least you wont be disrespecting your previously local customers.
