Ordered the Pork Ribs Plate with Mac & Potato salad. All was very good. Just an FYI, they will serve until they’ve run out, so get there early! There is limited seating inside. They’re hot BBQ was pretty good and the seasoning on the ribs were fire! Also, be careful with the chairs- sit down first before putting your foot on the chair. Highly recommend if you’re in Franklin.

My wife and I were in the mood for some barbecue and discovered this hidden gem. We’re glad we did!
We got some brisket with sides of potato salad and mac and cheese, brisket nachos, and a brisket sandwich (sensing a theme here?).
The sandwich was delicious and juicy. My wife’s brisket was amazing and cut thick. Her sides were delicious as well, with the mac and cheese having a little kick to it. The nachos were a great appetizer as well, very filling and amazing.
Overall, it was a great place to get food from. Will we be back? Most definitely!

Great little hidden place of the main road… Food is definitely great! The seasoning is so good on the brisket that you dont need much Sauce… only thing I personally did not like was the bread was not toasted but it was still great!!!

I had the brisket plate. It was around $15
Brisket was soft and juicy ✅ Would get that again.
My 2 sides, which I thought were small, were mac and cheese, and green beans. The mac and cheese tasted like it had pimento cheese in it… Which was fine, just different. The green beans….. Tasted like they were chili green beans. It wasn’t bad, just something I’ve never had.
They only, as far as I can tell, have one sauce. It has a sweet smokey flavor.
We dined inside. The seating was just stools.
Would I go again For just the brisket yes. I wouldn’t get any sides and take it with me. For a new business just starting out it’s a good try. I hope they continue to improve themselves.

Finally have amazing brisket in town again. The mac and cheese (which I am snooty about) is up to par. The green beans were phenomenal. Which is not something I thought I would ever say about green beans. My only complaint is that I can’t order it on DoorDash so I can have it more often. 😛

Family run restaurant carrying on the legacy that really really knows how to make some great food. Pulled pork was juicy and tender. Brisket is unreal!! Their homemade sauce is hard to beat.
Service deserves all five stars and more. When we walked in, the girl at the counter was being spoken to rudely by an old woman who couldn’t figure out that “is it bbq?” is not the same as asking “Does the bbq have sauce on it?”
The young lady at the counter confused scared to death but she continued to be professional and polite despite the old woman not being able to do the same.
Unfortunately for the woman I don’t work here and I happily don’t put up with rude customers. It’s not hard to be respectful and polite to service employees and if you can’t you should be going out.
Very happy to shut the door in her face. And proceed to order my dinner. The girl answered every question I had about the menu items. Served us with kindness and a smile.
TL;DR
DON’T be rude to service staff.
DO order one of everything. It’s 100% worth it.

I happen to stumble upon this sweet little place just today on my Google maps. It used to be Jibbs BBQ, and I never got the chance to try it, but I would drive by all the time and only live down the street. This evening after work, I stopped by to get me some brisket. Let me just tell you not only was I greeted by the most wonderful couple but I brought my food home, just got done eating and it was the best BBQ I have had in years! I am in love for sure! The brisket seriously melted in your mouth, and the BBQ sauce (lordy it’s so tasty) and for my sides I got the potato salad and slaw (which was all they had left after a super busy day) but both of those sides were just simply amazing! I can NOT wait to go back and try some of their other stuff along with the wonderful sides! Please go support this local BBQ joint and show them the franklin love ❤️ Also side note- you can only park along the street as they have no parking just for them.

Food was fresh. Meat a little spicy. I have been there when the parents had it. No problem it was delicious. The prices are higher than I payed before. Hope things come together..we need good Bbq in Franklin.
