My son and I drove all the way from across town to get their food because they have good reviews. I should’ve checked it before we left anyway because this is how it looked when we got alllll the way home. It’s burnt!! The ONLY reason why we didn’t drive all the way back to have them redo it is because luckily it doesn’t taste burnt.

We were excited to try this pizza place for the first time, but it ended up being disappointing. Our pizza arrived with a burnt crust, which made it overly crispy and crunchy in a way that took away from the experience. The non-burnt parts had great flavor, which was frustrating because it felt like it could have been a really good pizza if cooked properly.
On the positive side, the garlic cheese bread was tasty.

Best little gem food spot in all of Goodyear Heights. Have had consistent, good food from these guys, and will continue to do so in the future. Chicken is always cooked crisp, pizza is well cook with good sauce and toppings, and the potato medallions are to die for, they are my favorite! Highly recommend Italian garden!

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas. One of them half pepperoni (one of my kids only likes cheese.) and the other pizza was a steak pizza. My wife ordered a deluxe tenders basket. When she went to pick it up the lady handed her a Steak Sub, one pizza and her tenders. My wife (who hates confrontation and has worked in customer service for years so she tries to be OVERLY POLITE) took the food out to the car to call me and confirm the order because why did we get only 1 pizza and a steak sub? I do not like steak subs. Plus there is a 15 dollar difference or so between the 2 items. Once the order was confirmed she went back inside to politely let the lady at the counter and who took the order that she got a steak sub instead of the pizza. After some pushback from the employee saying “No, the orders correct. I double checked myself.” My wife called me a second time and had me email her the receipt with the order in it. She went back inside a second time, showing the receipt. The employee started being rude telling her no, she checked, etc. Make a long story short the owner/manager came over, checked the receipt, then checked their own ticket for the original order and WHAT DO YOU KNOW? We were correct. The original ticket the employee “triple checked” had a Steak pizza on it. Manager says it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later. My wife gets the pizza. Her own food and our kids food getting ice cold in the process. No refunds, no discounts. Nothing. She gets to pizza finally. Came home AND THEY FORGOT THE BUFFALO DIPPING SAUCE FOR HER TENDERS, FORGOT HER COLESLAW AND FORGOT THE DRESSING FOR HER SIDE SALAD. SO WE GOT COLD FOOD, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND THEY CANT EVEN DO THE BASICS. We didn’t complain. We believe in taking with our checkbook. We will never be back. And anyone friends or family who want to try them out we suggest they go elsewhere and give them our experience. Decent food. Very poor customer service and experience. Avoid if possible.

Baked spaghetti with meat sauce was perfect!! Definitely will order again. Only complaint was the salad tasted old and was unable to eat it.

Great pizza and the chicken tenders are hand breaded and made with real chicken tenders! Everyone is very friendly and it was pretty easy to place my order and pay online. The crust on the pizza had a nice chew and crunch and was not stupid oily like some places can be.
