For years this Starbucks have been savior for people coming at the July 4th parade in Ridgewood. So kind of them to stay oopen on July 4th and serve hundreds of guests within couple of hours.
The store is super clean, beautifully decorated with art frames and lively furnitures. Lots of baristas working at the same tome to fill the orders. During rush hours, they still manage to put the orders with few minutes of wait time. One barista was actually dedicated to elegantly handing out orders to everyone.
We got iced coffee, strawberry acai (twice), bagel and cream cheese this year. All were excellent, perfectly made. I have nothing but good regards for this Starbucks.

I just had the best experience at this Starbucks! So, I by accident order my latte from the Ridgewood location, while at a different Starbucks . Decided that I will try to get it later if it’s still there. I got to Ridgewood Starbucks at least an hour later, at which point my drink wasn’t there, which is understandable and I wouldn’t even complain. However, I still asked, out of curiosity, what is done with the drinks which are not picked up on time, and the wonderful barista said “Katerina? We disposed of it because it was cold” and made me a new drink at no cost. He even remembered my original order. This was amazing! Super service! Thank you!

Any time I have money, I beg my mom to go to Starbucks. The bagels aren’t very good, though. However, you should go there. It is the best!

Cozy starbucks that was recently renovated. Usually well staffed so not a crazy wait. Outdoor seating during warmer months. 4 instead of 5 because they need more seating inside and no free parking unless you come on a Sunday or before 10a since all of ridgewood is metered. Friendly staff.

The guy with curly hair doesn’t read instructions! He makes the drinks in base form only. I went in person to order a vanilla bean frappe with extra caramel and he misread it as vanilla so the drink was overpowering with all the extra vanilla!!! So they remade it and he was doing the same thing so I told him put the caramel inside the drink and he again put multiple vanilla pumps!!! So i just took the drink as is and it was inedible On top of all that he tried to give me a random mobile order so I put it back for the actual customer.

The people in this Starbucks are extremely rude. I go up to the server at the counter asking for water, in which they let out a loud sigh and rolled their eyes. After that, they proceeded to make me wait 10 minutes for my water (mind you, the servers were chatting with the customers, and there were no other people being served). This transaction could have easily taken these people 20 seconds at most but they decided to waste my time and be rude about it as well. Extremely unprofessional.
