The reviews speak for themselves. Im not a review guy but when I saw everything that went on here I had to look. The staff stood at the end of the bar laughing and talking for 11 minutes before they finally realized they had orders in. I ordered a simple alcoholic beverage and the bartender spent another 5 minutes looking up how to make it. What kind of bartender cant make the drink that is advertised on the app the moment you open it!? Food was meh. I ordered wings and pizza. With my cocktail and food the bill was $80! Absolutely atrocious. Another gentleman walked up and sat down, I recommended he found another spot. Never again will I step foot near this place. Management/Owners obviously do not care. Photo attached is how they were when I walked up and how they were when I left. No change, they all have their phones in their hands.

While waiting for a flight, my husband and I stopped for a quick bloody and some breakfast. My husband is very picky and usually orders from the side options (since he doesn’t eat eggs). The potatoes were the big problem here – I have never seen him NOT eat potatoes but these were super thinly sliced, raw and very oily (which even tasted like an old oil). He could not eat them. Basically uncooked potato chips that they sell for $7 on the side menu. Everything else was great but SKIP the potatoes!

Wish I had read the other reviews before stopping here. Waited over 30 minutes for a veggie burger to go after being reassured 10 times that the kitchen only needed 1-2 more minutes to finish making my veggie burger. When I finally got the burger, it was very overcooked, wet with countless limp pickles and didn’t include the fries I had ordered. Nothing like a place that makes you wait for inedible and incompletefood so long that you almost miss your flight. Travelers beware.

First, you can’t get anyone, even at the bar to give you a beer without ordering off the scanner code. Then once you do order, and there is only 5 tables and 5 wait staff you get your beer 10 min later. And when you pay online it starts with a 20% tip. Seriously?
The food is so overpriced and looks terrible, don’t do it.
Please MSP put a decent place here for travelers!

I stopped by on a Saturday morning to get breakfast to go. The gentleman at the bar helping take orders was very attentive. Sometimes service is spotty at airports but I appreciated the good service. The omelette was okay but the other reviewers are spot-on when describing the potatoes as oily chips. I still ate them because the flavor wasn’t bad but it was unexpected and not a hearty portion.

Great servers idk what the bad reviews are for but everything was great in my opinion, if you like burgers buy the perfect burger one if the best burgers I’ve had in a long time very flavorful don’t let the bad reviews discourage you. Very good burger and very nice people.

To start the food was fine. The potatoes were quite salty & not what you would want when they advertise them as breakfast potatoes. They are thinly sliced basically undercooked chips. So first complaint is that you pay before your food gets there. Second is they automatically get charged a $9 gratuity before they even bring your food out. Third is a $2.25 “hospitality fee”… Fourth is that it was $66 total for two people to eat breakfast. What the actual you know what. Two meals, a coffee & a mimosa. I get that airport food is more expensive but this is blatant highway robbery. To top it all off the reason they add the gratuity before they serve you is because the server does not do anything besides seat you. We sat right next to the server station & my water was never re-filled (we ended up grabbing the water jug ourselves). Just do yourself a big favor, save yourself the $50 & just buy mcdonalds. Probably get better service anyways.

Stopped by after 9pm while enjoying the two mile hike between gates. The place was as dirty as anything in the 3rd world. It only got worse from there. The pepperoni and sausage pizza had carrots, celery, jalapenos, lettuce and other sweepings all over it, the soda was probably 15% bleach, the utensils dirty, the table sticky and they could have cared less. Be careful, if you have allergies, the adulterated food could kill you.

What happened to being able to just go to the bar and ordering a drink? Have to faff about with an app that didn’t work, then the waitress was rude and then sniggered when I reduced my tip. She was lucky she got anything. Will be avoiding next time!
