Love this place so much!! Been wanting to try a place that doesn’t use as much or no sugar compared to some other big smoothie/juice companies and this place is it! Walked in and was greeted by a smiling face. Very welcoming atmosphere. She was great taking the order and friendly to be around. My order felt a bit complicated but she was totally cool with it. While I waited for the food, I engaged in pleasant small talk with the crew there, though I didn’t have to wait long because they were good at gettin at it. The food was really tasty, filled me up and refreshed me for the afternoon. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed my açaí bowl and detox drink. Customer service was also top notch. Love the atmosphere. I could see this would be a good spot after a yoga session, meet up with friends, hangout with family, quick bite after running errands, etc. Such a nice addition to our community. The smoothies and wraps are very delicious and I enjoyed everything I ordered. I was a little disappointed when it came to customer service, however.
My toddler spilled his smoothie so I did my best to clean it up with the napkins that were available.
At no point did the management offer to help or bring out a mop. Once I was nearly done, the manager did come out, but only to complain that my toddler needed to stop running around unattended, despite the fact that there was no one else in there. I was at a loss for words. My capacity to watch my child and clean your floors can only go so far.

I recently went into Extract Juicery and didn’t have the best of experiences. I’m sending another review as I had a really good conversation with Management. I expressed what happened and they were apologetic of the situation. Sometimes that’s all a consumer needs to hear. There was no yelling, but a good conversation between adults. Small businesses work hard and this one is no different. They made it right by reaching out. Thank you.
