The location of this KFC is on the Ford road in Canton, close to IKEA. Visited the place with the family to get some takeaway dinner. We wanted to check the variety of food they have so we went inside to make our orders. You order from a screen menu inside and do the payment. You then wait for your name to be called when your order is ready. We ordered for some fries , chicken drumstick both original and crispy, some chicken nuggets, soda and biscuits. They also have a free parking lot and wash rooms in case you might need it . We really enjoyed it when we got home . By the way, the road entrance from the main road to the place is very tricky so you might have to watch carefully otherwise you gonna miss it to the next junction which leads to another place ✌ .

If minus zero was a rating that is what I would give. The staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE! The order was completely wrong and they refused to fix it. We ordered through the app where it allows you to choose your pieces. According to the manager, who refused to give me her name, they can’t control what the app allows us to do. We get what we get. The chicken was old even though it was ordered 20 min after they opened and it was cold. It looked like chicken from the night before that was microwaved and boxed up for the early lunch folks.
This location needs to be SHUT down or needs an all new staff. KFC will NEVER see me again
I can’t believe I paid $15 for some nasty chicken that made me throw up!!
Go next door to Popeyes where they care about their food and their customers.

This was not a quick stop; it was a 25-minute organizational failure.
* The Wait: After my order was initially botched, I was directed to pull forward and then left abandoned for twelve agonizing minutes. I was a ghost.
* The Attitude: When I pulled back into the line, the employee who finally processed the order offered zero apology, instead providing a defensive explanation about a staff member “looking for me.” This was followed by a panicked, unceremonious toss of the bag and an immediate window slam.
* The Errors: The hasty service prevented me from pointing out the glaring errors: my paid drink was missing and, upon checking the contents, not a single dipping sauce was included.
* The Final Insult: When I went inside to claim the drink I paid for, I was met with visible annoyance from the staff. No apology for the wait, the attitude, or the multiple errors—just the distinct impression that I was the inconvenience for expecting the product I purchased.
This experience was defined by institutional incompetence, waste of time, and aggressive indifference. This location is an active deterrent to its own business. Avoid.

I swear if I could give this place zero stars, I would. matter fact I wish I could give them -10 stars. if your website says you close at 11, close at 11, not 9 o’clock, not 8 o’clock, not 10 o’clock, if you’re gonna do that, change the hours on google. also closing the front doors because you don’t wanna deal with customers on the inside is poor customer service, and it’s nothing but a bunch of rude people that work here. If you don’t wanna be in customer service, go select a different career, it’s not my fault you work at KFC and hate your life. also another thing, where on your website does it state that after a certain time you only accept online orders? If you’re gonna do that make that known on the app or on the website.

The worst experience I have had in any KFC, the customer service was horrible, the food was either over cooked or old. If one or the other would have been right I would maybe consider disregarding the other. But the fact that i waited 45 minutes for food that was not even good after paying 30.99 for it was very disappointing as a customer. I was waiting there for 30 minutes before I was even asked what I was waiting for. Turned over my receipt to the cashier who asked the manager where is this order, to which his responds was I dont know what order. She turned over the receipt to him and they started putting it together. About 15 minutes later had my food. And it was wrong I was so upset that I took what I could get and walked away and went home. Who ever owns this franchise needs to get it taken away as there staff is on cell phones listen to music rather than servicing the customer. They did not even apologize for my wait. And as you can see from the photos the food was not even enjoyable for me and my family. I will not return and I beg anyone considering going here, go else where and avoid this store like the plague.

At drive through they also said I’d have to go inside to order which makes no sense. If youre already there manning the drivethrough then why not take my order there? You’d be taking my order either way.

Worst KFC experience and food yet! Got an original recipe chicken leg that wasn’t much bigger than a parakeet’s leg. Plus, the taste was awful with some disgusting aftertaste (maybe they did pull it off of someone’s pet bird?!?!). Service was extremely slow due to understaffing. Considering the taste and poor quality of the food I had (chicken leg and chicken sandwich) seriously brings into question their food handling and food safety practices. Really needs a health department official to inspect this place and potentially shut it down. Would be a favor to patrons!
