Ordered 2 plates for pick up. Got home and realized 1 plate was missing both chicken and shrimp and the other plate only had 2 pieces of shrimp. Manager said he would only offer 20% off my next purchase when I asked for 1 free meal to make up for this.

I understand that a bowl is a smaller portion than a plate, but this is a total rip-off and a complete lack of respect. The amount they served me was ridiculously small, and the service from Vanessa left much to be desired—nothing compared to Nina, who always serves us and does an excellent job.

I was working 14 hours shift yesterday. Went in to get Panda Express for my only 30 minutes break . I waited a little which is completely fine, I know they’re busy but as I am eat I see hair in my bowl . I called them and they told me to come back . I went there today, no apology , no sorry nothing . Was only getting attitude. They put very little of chicken ,I told them to add right amount as they always do , but the person making it , she told me you’ll have to pay more . Well I did pay yesterday- what did I get your hair ???. They don’t care about their customer or their health . Who would want to eat food with someone’s hair?? Ridiculously bad customer service.

I ordered a plate with 2 entrees through Uber Eats…orange chicken & beef with broccoli. Orange chicken was good, beef with broccoli was more broccoli with a little hint of beef. I’m very disappointed that there was so very little beef. I’ve been to this establishment several times & I’ve not been disappointed with the food. I guess that is what i get for not going in person. Do better Panda Express!!! I’ll skip this establishment for future food & take out options

Food is always good every time I eat here. On my last visit, an item I ordered ended up taking longer to prepare than they expected, and even though I didn’t mind waiting they were very apologetic and gave me a free order of crab rangoons while I waited. When my order was ready, they even gave me an extra size up from what I ordered! It was very sweet of them, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning!

This is a brand new location. I arrived at noon. Parking lot was full, I had to wait to get a spot. Inside I was surprised that there was only one customer in line in front of me. Plenty of open tables for sitting. The Food. As a frequent Panda Express customer I have become accustomed to generous servings. This time the portions were a bit on the smallish side. They were out of one item and asked if I still wanted it. I was told it would be 3 to 4 minutes. I accepted paid, got a table, filled my drink, sat and started eating. I had almost finished before the dish arrived. Way way longer than 4 minutes. The new dish was nice and hot. The original was only warm.
I suspect that this was a symptom of a new store and inexperienced team members. I will return because I enjoy Panda Express. My review and rating will be upgraded if earned.

Stopped by the Huntley Panda Express around 5:30 PM yesterday (10/29) and immediately noticed the staff seemed confused and unorganized. I should’ve taken that as a sign. The orange chicken I was served was severely undercooked, something I didn’t realize until later that night when the stomach pain hit.
It’s the next morning, and I’ve been dealing with nonstop stomach issues, weakness, and a pounding headache. It’s honestly ridiculous to pay for food that ends up making you this sick. Clearly there’s a lack of food safety and proper training at this location.
Check your food before serving it, people shouldn’t have to worry about getting food poisoning from a chain restaurant.

Nice staff, amazing food, and good location near the highway. My personal favorite is the Chow Mein with Orange Chicken, an unbeatable combo that I crave every now and then.
