Have been going to this location quite a bit lately. Honestly, a lot of the wake up calls are a lot alike when it comes to atmosphere and services…they’re all very friendly, polite and professional. There’s been a few times we didn’t quite have a drink orders figured out and they were very patient, I know how annoying that can be. Convenient location if you have to visit the VA or VES.

All the baristas here are pretty amazing!! This is my go to stop every day at least twice a day so I have my morning energy and midday pick me up! They have an in house energy called Madhatter energy and give a happy hour Mon-Fri from 3-6 (LOVE!!)

Usually a great experience. We take the drive through with my wife all the time and love it. Quality service, great coffee- and in all other cases, I’d give a 5 star review.
However- while walking through the neighborhood, we decided to walk in, and ordered some coffee in the lobby. We then proceeded to wait 40 minutes as the drive through was prioritized and over ten vehicles were served before us, which made us run late to a planned event that evening.
I’m usually not picky, but waiting 40 minutes for coffee is unreasonable. Customers should be served in the order of arrival, and customers should not have to wait nearly an hour for coffee.
Other than that, it’s a wonderful coffee shop with great service. Just don’t walk into the lobby if you’re in a rush.
Edit: I’ve just read similar reviews for this location, so I’m leaving this rating and review until this issue is addressed or resolved. Definitely not deserving of 4.8 stars with such a glaring issue.

Purchased a coffee and a burrito from this location. I had reached out to wakeup call by email with photos (I did not have time to turn around and go back) because I had found several pieces of plastic in the burrito. Wake up call forwarded the email to the company that makes the burritos and had done absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation or credit back.

Was visiting from out of town and searching for a coffee shop, Wake up call popped up and I’m so glad it did! My barista was Briana, she is amazing and made me feel so welcomed. She took the time to make sure she got my order right and even had me taste it so that it was to my liking. I appreciated her service so much and the friendly environment she created, definitely look forward to coming back to this location!
