Very disappointed with the service from this Pizza Pizza location.
The first pizza I received was overburdened and poorly made. I called the Pizza Pizza helpline, and they arranged for a replacement order.
When the replacement pizza was delivered, the same delivery driver, Jalal, came again and started abusing me. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
I contacted customer support to fix a quality issue, not to be verbally mistreated. Customers should never be spoken to this way, especially when the mistake was not theirs.
This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both food quality and delivery conduct.

I visited this Pizza Pizza restaurant yesterday and ordered an extra large pizza and bought some dipping sauce too. The service was very fast and friendly. I placed my order in store and they told me it takes 15-20 minutes. When I went back in 20 minutes my pizza was ready to pick it up and the staff put my drinks and dipping sauce in a paper bag nicely. This restaurant was amazingly clean and welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend for anyone to dine in or take out your favourite pizzas

Terrible — Hard dried out crust that tasted like cardboard — clearly pizza sitting in warmer too long. Way too much sauce, and went in to get two veggie slices , but was give one veggie and one spicy something with big chunks of square things (maybe cheese) on it. Was so spicy I could not eat it but did not see point in going back as the slices did not look great.

I had a terrible experience tonight. A lady who often works there gave us a burnt pizza the last time. Tonight, my friend and I visited, split a $12 bill each. After I paid my share and it was approved on the terminal, she later said it wasn’t approved and asked for a screenshot. I showed my bank app screenshot, but she wouldn’t believe me.
We waited nearly an hour, then she said she needed a printed bank statement for a refund. She even refused to give the manager’s number, only asking to come back in the afternoon. She also has an unfriendly attitude, like when she rudely told us that she would not do anything to fix the situation.
The worst part isn’t losing money but having to return to get a refund. I’ll attach a screenshot of the bank debit.

I never go to Pizza Pizza, but my son insisted on going because he remembered it to be good.
So I bought him a slice of cheese pizza and he couldn’t eat more than a bite.
I tried it myself and it barely tasted like actual food. The crust and cheese were like plastic and cardboard.
I don’t know how you can screw up a plain slice of cheese pizza, but it was done here.
I think I’ve only ever left 2-3 food reviews ever. I use them sparingly. I don’t know how people ever eat here twice.

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I orderd large 2 topping pizza with garlic drizzle and chiizy bread with garlic dipping and 2 cans of pop. The instructions were not followed and there were no drizzle and really bad dressing on it. Plus there were dip was missing and the pizza was really cold as well as the cheese was really bad. Also the garlic finger was like re-heated.

Horrible experience! Asked for a well done slice. Not once yet twice. Came out literally soggy and centre was very thin even when it was not a thin pizza slice. Not very happy! Did mention the staff about it but it wasn’t worth my time to deal with it at such time. First and last time there.

I wasn’t happy with the order taker (cashier), Harpeet. She didn’t have a happy face and treated certain customers very happily and talkatively, but when it came to my order, she had an attitude. Also, when a student came with a resume for a job, she turned him away right in his face. It was very sad. At lest she could have been take the resume.
