Ribs and sauce did not agree with my stomach but the Philippine BBQ Ribs are tender and can be eaten with a fork. Nice balance between sweet and vinegar flavor. Also a Philippine mini mart.

Ms. Faye was so kind and welcoming! Today was my first visit……it will not be my last! I LOVED the ribs, but more importantly, my MOM loved the ribs! She said 5 stars and even loved the greens and mac n cheese! (She’s picky so that’s saying a lot!) I’m spreading the word to family and friends and I can’t wait to go back

I had the ribs and brisket, the meat was over smoked. I think the smoke temps got too hot and left a campfire taste to the meat. The meat was fall off the bone and the brisket was a good pull, just the smoke ruined the flavor. Great service.

Perfect bbq pit stop. Ordered the ribs, pulled pork, mac n cheese, and beans. All were great. Had a nice conversation with the owner and chef about the great variety of lesser known Filipino ingredients in the store. Haven’t seen any of these outside Jackson Heights NYC ever. Loaded up on shrimp chips, agar agar, and spiced vinegar and filled my belly with tender succulent bbq meats. Do your self a favor and stop in for a bite and some provisions.

The place is awesome! When you walk in, it looks like an unassuming low key old school style gas station or general store, but when you let your eyes settle you begin to see the magic! So it’s a Phillipino run store and in addition to the barbecue, they have all kinds of exotic philipino candy, cheese, teas, dried fruits, cooking accoutrements etc. The dried mangos are . The bbq itself was S tier . I ordered the kabobs. They were just cubed cuts of meat on a skewer, slathered in BBQ sauce. They were a great value. I ordered 2 sides, the mac n cheese and the collards!
both were phenomenal. Everything is cooked and prepared in house. The host was a very sweet lady named Faye or Fae (not sure on the correct spelling.)
Not only does she make mean BBQ, she is also a wonderful conversationalist. We were just joking and cutting up like old friends, seriously . Then she dispensed some very wise words of wisdom and insight. Fae is one of the most authentic, lighthearted people i have come across in a long time! She is the magic in that place. I am definitely going back and bringing all the people to support her!

Nice little bbq spot that also serves Filipino food. Great service and very friendly staff. I came in and got a brisket sandwich with baked beans , chicken sandwich with collard greens, and beef ribs. I’d give brisket sandwich 8/10, chicken sandwich 9/10 , the ribs 10/10, baked beans 10/10, and greens a 9/10. I’d definitely recommend trying this place out and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Tender, flavorful ribs and the greens are tasty. The lady running things is courteous and friendly. You may want to call ahead to make sure that she has what you want. Demand is high.

I ordered on 9/10/2024 the food was disgusting and mushy. I ordered a beef brisket combo with a side of mac and cheese and kielbasa and mac and cheese that was my first and last I will never go again. I Threw all the food away. Dont waste your time going there it was horrible.
