Other chick fil a stores have been disappointing lately, this store was like going back in time a few years. Staff was awesome and order was correct and food was great, just like it used to be at all their stores until recently.

We stopped by this Chick-fil-A during a road trip, and it ended up being one of our favorite stops. The food was fresh, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was top-notch. Becky was super attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She checked on us several times and made sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional service and a perfect break on our trip, highly recommend!

My wife and I stopped in CF when traveling. I ordered a grilled chicken meal. After 10 minutes waiting they had our meal ready. The broiled chicken was not cooked all the way. It was slimy in the middle but I ate it (my mistake). Later that evening I was deathly sick with food poisoning. This chick filet did not cook the broiled chicken sandwich appropriately. After 5 hours of pain and agony throwing up, I passed out on the bathroom floor of the hotel we were staying in. Never again!

I usually don’t review fast food places as they supposed to maintain corporate standards. But this specific location, staff showed their hospitality much more memorable. Person at the counter was very concerned and cares for customers. Served water and drinks to the table. We really felt welcomed. In contrast with some of the fast food places I went in Dallas area this Chick-fil-A is superb. Since food is fast food, so I can’t give more than 3 stars.

Absolutely FREEZING. I had to go out to the car and get a sweater. SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. Also the water to wash hands was super hot. Huh?! And this place is so big, we assumed there’d be a playground but they only had boardgames. And the music; I’m suprised it wasn’t just the normal Christian instrumental music, but it was normal secular music from the 80s? Which I guess is fine but out of place for me. The food and service was normal good quality.

This location consistently falls apart after 7pm. Lunch service is up to standard but the last few times I’ve hit the drive through for dinner they either forget something or the food isn’t fresh, which normally im willing to overlook but tonight it was both. At least the staff is always kind, which is basically the only reason for the two stars.

Had lunch with my daughter at this at this location and the service and staff was great as usual (Like at any Chick Fil A). I was really impressed with one employee in particular. Joel was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the lobby was taken care of and had a great experience. Having been in food service management myself it takes a good bit to be impressed and I was beyond impressed with Joel. So much so that I had to stop him and ask for his name (He was moving so fast I couldn’t see his name tag) so I could brag about him and write this review. Joel you are awesome! Keep up the GREAT work! Thank you for making our experience a good one.

Stopped by around 5pm through Drive Through. Ordered 2 Original Meals with no pickles and 2 Honey Pimiento Meals. Unfortunately all our chickens looked a little over cooked, they still out pickles on the 2 we said not to and not straws for our drinks. I’ve noticed it usually happens at this location. It’s convenient because we live across the street but maybe we should just continue to go to the other location instead…
